With Song Xing Xing's guidance, Lu Xun quickly adapted to his new account. Previously, he only knew how to control his character as an assassin. However, now he had to relearn everything as he had chosen his class a shooter.

Lu Xun listened attentively as his girlfriend explained to him about this class. Hearing that he upgrade his class when he reached a certain level made Lu Xun a little excited.

She was his protector. 

Each time the monster attacked him, his girlfriend would help him to increase his health level until it was full. The monster had no chance to defeat him at all.

"Lu Xun, I did not expect that you would be this talented," Song Xing Xing said. "I only taught you a little bit and you're very quick to learn and control your character."

He let out a dry cough. Lu Xun could not tell her that he had some experience with the game. Although a swordsman and a shooter are different, it was not very hard for him to learn to control his character.

His mind quickly found a way to change the subject. "Why do you know how to control this character well?" Lu Xun asked as watched her increase the points he got from leveling up.

"Before I got used to my character, I used to try every class available in this game. So, I know how to control a shooter as well," Song Xing Xing explained. "After a while, I thought that a healer is more suitable for me. Moreover, the costume healer is much cuter."

The corner of his lips twitched.

It turned out that she only chose to be a healer because of the costume.

"That's right… the post-production for that new drama should be ending soon right?" Lu Xun watched as she nodded and continued, "I'm going to L City next month to look at our project there. Xing Xing, do you want to come with me?"

"Next month?" Song Xing Xing frowned when Lu Xun gave her the date. "I can't go with you. A friend of mine called earlier to tell me that she's getting engaged. I already promised her that I would attend her engagement party. Besides, I haven't returned to Y City for a few months."

Lu Xun let out a sigh. He had thought that this time, he would be able to have a date with his girlfriend. It turned out that she had another plan instead. "It's alright. We can make another plan later."

Someone knocked on the door and Assistant Bei Yuan walked into the room to remind Lu Xun that the next meeting will start in five minutes.

"Are you sure you want to stay here?"

"Un." Song Xing Xing nodded. "Since I'm here, it's better if I wait for you. Don't worry. Go ahead and attend your meeting. I know how to keep myself entertained."

Lu Xun leaned over and kissed her on the forehead. "Then, wait for me here."

"You forgot your phone." 

"Didn't you said you were going to help me level up quickly?"

"Bei Yuan will be with me. If someone called, you can go ahead and answer the call for me." Lu Xun chuckled. "Remember my password well."

Song Xing Xing stared back at him with unblinking eyes. She was having a hard time believing that he would trust her with his phone. However, looking at the expression on his face, it doesn't look as if he was joking.

"Then, is it fine if I go through your phone?"

Lu Xun noticed the light in her eyes and knew that she was testing him. "Un. Go ahead. I don't have anything to hide from you."

Song Xing Xing looked at him in disbelief. Does it mean that he did not mind if she wanted to go through his chat history or even look at his photo gallery? What is it? Did he not need his privacy? Did he trust her that much?

Her heartbeat accelerated as the thought came to her mind.
