Today started off with a message from the MedBay. Two of my employees had been taken in because they were evolving. 

Yeah, Cina and Molly were evolving. They got to level 90, so I expected as much. 

But since I don’t really have anything to do while the two of them evolve, I’m going to complete another set today.


And that set is … Duelist Revolution.

You know the drill. 200 packs, speedrun style, then I’ll get the rest of the missing cards as singles.

Okay. 22 new cards.

Beast Rising is the one common I was missing. At least I hope so, because if there was a common I didn’t get from 200 packs, then I question life. But it is pretty nice. A huge attack boost for a Beast or Beast-Warrior, and the boost is permanent. Nice.

Dragon Knight Draco-Equiste is nice. The materials are a bit heavy, but nothing too bad. Especially with Miracle Synchro Fusion. Then it can copy the effects and name of a Synchro Dragon in the GY. And it reflects all effect damage back to your opponent. A very nice monster.

Scrap Golem is okay. A shame it is level 5, because that effect on a level 4 would be amazing. On a level 5, still good, but a bit more difficult to work with.

Hypnocorn is … not terrible, but not great either.

Synchro Fusionist searches Fusion spells if used as a Synchro material, so it is fine.

Amazoness Scouts are very situational and lack stats, but the effect is powerful.

Guts of Steel is a sucky Monster Reborn replacement.

Reanimation Wave is the same.

Pot of Duality is something I need to check on. It might just make Pack tokens, but it might also have some different effect.

Paradox Fusion is too costly for just a negate.

Scrap Chimera is great for a Scrap deck.

Amazoness Heirloom is nice. Sure the battle immunity is once per turn, but it does destroy any monster that battled the Amazoness this card is equipped to.

Ultimate Axon Kicker is okay. Honestly, I wish it had a bit higher stats, because while piercing and the life point gain are nice effects, with a bit higher attack, it would be even better.

Unicorn Beacon is a banishment based Monster Reborn. But only for Beasts and Winged Beasts, and only for level 5 and lower monsters. I have better cards for that.

Amazoness Shamanism sucks.

Super Rush Recklessly has very little to do with the OG Rush Recklessly. Sadly. Because I actually kind of liked the OG version.

Scrapstorm is fine-ish.

Scrap Archfiend is just a big beater, which isn’t bad, but nothing worth noting.

Lightning Tricorn specials Thunder Unicorn or Voltic Bicorn from the GY when it is destroyed. Which is a fine effect, and Tricorn does have nice stats.

Voltic Bicorn mills on death, but that is useless for me.

Chivalry is fine. A bit situational, but it does the job.

And Solemn Warning is amazing. Sure the HP cost can be a bit high, but I have over 10,000 HP, so I can sacrifice 2k. Besides, Health Conscious should negate the cost.

Now, what am I missing from the set?


As it turns out, not too much.

Stygian Street Patrol is fine-ish. Nothing super special, but I think he will enjoy the turbo duel track in the Factory.

Miracle's Wake is another Monster Reborn replacement, but not as good as the OG.

Scrap Dragon is amazing. Good stats and nice effects.

Ally of Justice Cyclone Creator is pretty bad. I don’t want to return spell/traps to the hand, I want to destroy them.

Psychic Nightmare can get pretty high attack, but that isn’t guaranteed. And other than that, it is just an okay beater.

And last, Naturia Pineapple is another Mystik Wok target. Actually, maybe I should use it with Destruct Potion. I could go for some pineapple juice.

After Cina and Molly finished their evolutions, I headed for the MedBay to check up on them. 

They had already been confirmed to be fine by both Ernus and Lua, but I wanted to see their evolved stats, and what races they evolved into.

Molly became a Flaming Rush Centaur with the racial skill Flaming Gallop. It basically surrounds her body with fire as she gallops. She even leaves flaming hoof prints on the ground as she runs, kind of like that skeleton horse from that Ghost Rider movie. It’s honestly really cool.

Cina became a Sky Rush Centaur with the racial skill Sky Gallop. Yes, that does mean she can gallop through the air. Again, that is cool. And while I really like Molly's skill, I love Cina’s skill. I’d honestly love to have some sort of Air Walk skill, just because having one would be cool. Sure I already have two flight skills, but having a third couldn't hurt.

But yeah. I completed a set and the two centaurs evolved. I think that is enough for now.
