Song Xing Xing checked on the project file on the computer and finally stretched up her body once she was satisfied with it.

Seeing that there were still a few hours left before it was time for their meeting, Song Xing Xing decided to take out her phone and clicked on the game.

Once the game start, the announcement popped up, reminding their loyal gamers that there will be an important update tomorrow. For eight hours, the players would not be able to log in until the update finished.

Seeing this notification, Song Xing Xing made a mental reminder to log in at midnight and settle her daily missions before the update began.

"Xing Xing, what are you doing?" Liu Yu Sheng nudged at her friend and peeked at the game on her phone screen. Seeing that her friend had killed a high-level monster effortlessly, Liu Yu Sheng could not help but feel a little jealous.

Last time, she had asked Song Xing Xing to team up with her to kill some monsters. However, she later found out that she was not on the same server.

In the end, Liu Yu Sheng could only hand over her phone and let her friend do all the killing.

Song Xing Xing nodded, gathered her pen and notebook, and went into the meeting room.

Song Xing Xing listened to the Producer Ming and found that the projects were something that Lu Xun had mentioned previously. Once the new projects began, everyone in the studio will start to get busy.

By the end of her meeting, there was still a couple of hours before it was time for them to clock out.

As they were heading back to the office, Song Xing Xing noticed that the phone in her hand started to vibrate. She glanced at the screen and found that it was a phone call from her boyfriend.

After scanning around her surroundings and found that no one was looking at her, Song Xing Xing snuck around and found a quiet place for her to answer her phone call.

"Xing Xing?" Lu Xun's voice could be heard the moment she pressed the phone to her ear.

Hearing his voice, a warm feeling spread in her heart and the corner of her lips tilted up. Song Xing Xing thought it was funny how hearing his voice would make her feel giddy.

"Un. Why did you call? Didn't you say that you had a meeting today? Is it done?"

The corner of his lips tilted up into a faint smile at her questions. He really liked this feeling of having a girlfriend.

"It ended a while ago," Lu Xun said.

"Then... are you coming to my place again tonight?" Song Xing Xing asked.

The past few days, Lu Xun would often come over to her place and the two of them would have their meals together before they hang around.

Most of the time, they would snuggle on the sofa to watch the television or play games together. Although they only stayed at her apartment and not going out for a date like the other couples, Song Xing Xing thought that this was good too.

Lu Xun coughed. "This... I have something to discuss with you."

"You have something on tonight?" Song Xing Xing guessed.

"Hmm... My younger sister came from Capital City this afternoon."

Song Xing Xing was a little disappointed that she will not be able to meet her boyfriend. However, thinking that Lu Xun was going to meet with his sister, there was nothing else that she could do.

"My sister heard about you and she said, she wanted to meet up with you." Lu Xun halted. "Xing Xing, are you alright with having a meal with her?"

"Ah? Your sister?" Song Xing Xing was not ready for this sudden development. "Why did she wanted to meet me?"

Lu Xun hesitated. "If you're not ready to meet her, that's fine as well. Then, I will come up with an excuse. We can always do this next time."

"No. I didn't say that," Song Xing Xing spoke quickly. "You have already met my parents. Of course, I should be meeting your family members as well. Just that... this is too sudden."

"Un. She came over from C Country suddenly. I was not expecting her to show up as well," Lu Xun said. He touched the tip of his nose, thinking that it was his fault that his sister had showed up without warning.

Song Xing Xing took a deep breath as she weighed her decision. "Then... you can text me where we should be meeting. I'll show up on time."

"I'll come and pick you up at the studio after work," Lu Xun suggested. It was better than letting his girlfriend taking public transport to meet them.

"No. Don't do that. I wanted to go home and prepare myself. This will be the first time that I'm meeting your family member. I wanted to look my best."

She was dressed casually to work. It doesn't feel nice to go and meet his sister like this. What if his sister thinks that she's a sloppy woman?
