Chapter 191 - Rendal
Joana and Ban nodded their heads towards Rendal.
Joana then introduced Ban and Rendal towards each other and after knowing that Ban or 'Leon' was here for his Summon, Rendal's expression could not help but lit up.
Rendal has a huge build. He was a middle-aged man who seemed to be in his forties. His skin tone was tanned, probably due to facing scorching hot temperatures all day long.
He immediately led them to a huge room and there, they saw his Summoned Monster, sleeping just beside a fire in peace.
It looks like a lizard but with a much bigger head. There were also extensions like chords at the back of its head, and it was emitting smoke as if it was a volcano or something.
The Monster opened its eyes and took a glance at them before closing it again as if it didn't care. It even turned around against them as if it didn't want to be bothered.
"Well, as you see, he's still ignoring me. Usually, he will go and help me forge the weapons but recently he only wants to stay here and remain idle all day long. Please, Master Leon, please help me find a cure for my Monster." Rendal said in a respectful tone.
As someone recommended by Joana, he knew that he was at least capable.
However, he was actually no longer as optimistic as before. He already reached out towards the famous Monster Doctors in the city but the situation has still not improved, and based on the recent behavior of his monster, the situation might have actually been getting worse as days passed by.
Ban only nodded and proceeded to stare at the Monster. He then asked the System inside his head to search for the data of the Monster inside the Book of Techniques and inject it into his brain.
A while later, a bluish screen materialized in front of his eyes, containing the information of the monster.

Although it can produce extreme temperatures using its fires, the Fire Axolotl are timid in battles and can only be used as fire starters.
They have fiery personalities as long as it's outside the battlefield.
Fire Axolotl are often awakened by Blacksmiths and other professions that dealt with fires.
Usage varies depending on the users.
A Normal Grade Monster.
Highest Attainable Rank: E-Elite Rank.
It can surpass E-Elite Rank as long as it evolves into its higher form, the Winged Fire Axolotl.
Requirements for Evolution:...
Strengths…
Weaknesses:...
Current Condition: Pissed Off!
Reason: As a Fire Axolotl, they have the inborn desire of wanting to play with fires all day long.
However, due to the increase of orders on the shop, it no longer has any time to play and it thought that it deserves a day off.
It's master won't allow it to play on fire on its own as he was afraid of the risks.
Solution: Bribe it with an extremely hot material and let it play with it.
You can also create a huge basin that can withstand extreme heat and fill it with hot substances such as a lava. Let it have fun once in a while by allowing it to swim inside the basin full of lava.

There was a long list of possible solutions provided for the current situation, such as letting it bathe in the mouth of a volcano or let it swallow a type of herb that was extremely hot.
However, Ban chose to filter them to the easiest one and the one that could be completed in a single day.
Ban approached the Fire Axolotl to act as if he was observing it closely.
He circled around it for a few moments before he returned to Rendal and Joana's side.
"I already have a solution but completing it all depends on you. I also don't know if you'll believe it or not." Ban said as he looked at Rendal who was waiting in anticipation.
"Master Leon, As long as it's for my Fire Axolotl, I naturally would not reject anything." Rendal reassured him.
With that, Ban nodded his head and proceeded to explain the situation to him and the reason why the Fire Axolotl was acting that way.
After a few minutes, a wry smile appeared on Rendal's face as he asked, "This… is the situation really that simple? It has no disease or something like that?"
He could not help but doubt the legitimacy of what Leon just said.
'It shouldn't be that simple right?'
"As I've said earlier, it's up to you whether you want to believe it or not," Ban said in a calm manner. He then said a while later, "But if you believe me, I can give you the solution and guarantee that everything will return to normal. At that time, I will have to ask for the service fee, and I'll tell you now, it won't be cheap."
Hearing that, Rendal could not help but think of the situation more deeply. He thought back to when this situation started and from what he recalled, it seemed to match what Master Leon just said earlier.
"Sigh, so be it, I'll risk it."
He walked towards the counter and took a brown bag full of Gold Coins on it.
"Here's a total of five thousand Gold Coins. This is just the deposit, I will hand over the remaining five thousand after I witness for myself the improvement of my Monster's situation." Rendal said as he handed the bag full of Gold Coins to Ban.
Ban nodded his head and received the Gold Coins. He did not expect that he would be able to obtain such Gold Coins from just the deposit alone.
However, when he thought about it, 10,000 Gold Coins to solve Rendal's current predicament completely was actually very cheap.. After all, the Fire Axolotl helped on his forging, allowing him to complete many orders in a short amount of time and without it, he can only dream of completing 10 items a day.
