Kuys inquired after seeing that Ban had already opened his eyes. 

Ban nodded his head in response. 

Kuys also nodded his head calmly as he looked at Emilia who was still meditating. 

Kuys may look like he was calm but deep inside, he was actually shocked yet again by Ban's monstrous talent.

'Fuck, just how talented is this kid? Even the most talented of the 'childs' only managed to gain the Skill after 15 minutes of meditation…' 

To obtain the Skill inside the Skill Crystal, one would need to crush it first.

The golden smoke that was emitted from it was called Skill Strands. It was present in every Skill Crystal and that smoke contains insight of the Skill. 

One will need to meditate and understand the Skill Strands first before they could really obtain the Skill that was present inside the Skill Crystal. 

The time it takes for them to understand the Skill Strands will vary depending on how talented the one who crushed the crystal was. 

It also depends on what kind of Skill was present inside the Skill Crystal. The stronger the Skill was, the harder it was to comprehend or understand. 

The Skill Crystal that was condensed by Kuys Summon earlier was only a low grade one. And then, if one doesn't have any talent, it would normally take about 2 to 3 hours before one could obtain the skill. 

For talented individuals, 10 minutes should be the fastest time for them to obtain it. 

There's also a chance that one will fail during the first meditation.

And as for Ban who comprehended it in one minute… 

Kuys could only shake his head as he no longer thought about it.

The world of the geniuses was different and difficult to understand. He was also considered as a genius back then but Ban was really a different kind of genius. 

Thinking about it would only make one hurt their head. 

After 20 minutes, Emilia finally opened her eyes. She had also comprehended the Skill in less than 30 minutes so she could be considered a genius as well. 

"Did you get it?" Kuys and Ban said in unison. 

Emilia nodded her head before she stood up from the ground. 

"Well, good job for the both of you. You now have the same skill, so I guess it's what they called a 'couple' things? Haha!" Kuys said as he laughed loudly. 

Ban shook his head while Emilia immediately blushed after hearing it. She also recalled the kiss earlier and there's a chance that Kuys might have seen it. She could only look down in embarrassment as Kuys laughed out loud. 

After everything was settled, they finally returned inside the Bar again. 

Ban bade them a farewell before he ran towards the direction of the Adventurers Guild. 

Kuys and Emilia reminded him to be careful at all times and to not let his guard down even while sleeping. 

Kuys also handed Ban a green stone the size of a thumb.

He said that Ban should only use it when he's in danger. The green stone only has one function, that was to call someone strong for help. 

Kuys did not say the specific but he reassured that as long as he crushed that stone, someone will definitely arrive to help him.

Emilia hoped that Ban would return sooner while Kuys hoped that Ban stayed on the Death Swamp longer. 

Anyways, after a few minutes, Ban finally arrived in the Adventurers Guild. However, he did not even take a glance at it as he directly bypassed it.

He doesn't have any matter with the Adventurers Guild. He thought that accepting Quest that could only reward him a little bit of Gold Coins was not worthy of his time. 

His destination today was the Adventurers Market, towards Joana.

After nearly an hour, Ban finally saw the gate of the Adventurers Market. 

After making sure that no one was looking, he immediately changed into his Leon outfit before he proceeded towards the location of Joana's store. 

Upon arriving, he immediately told Joana about his intention of meeting that blacksmith. 

Joana nodded her head and confirmed that the blacksmith's Monster was not cured yet so he definitely has a chance to cure it and obtain massive rewards.

Joana brought Ban to the roadside and waited for a carriage to pass by. These are special carriages that can only be seen traveling inside the Adventurers Market. 

They have special privileges but they also need to pay huge amounts of fees every day for this kind of privilege. Of course, due to that, they also charge more compared to the normal carriages outside. 

While waiting for a carriage, Ban could not help but notice that Joana was not on herself today. She seems to be distressed about something. 

But when Ban asked about it, she just replied that it was nothing. Ban did not probe any further and chose to ignore her distressed expression. 

He thought that it might be because of her Hairless Cat but after seeing that she doesn't want to share, he no longer tries to pry on it any further. 

After a few minutes of waiting, they finally boarded a carriage and after ten minutes, they arrived at a huge shop that had smoke emitting on the roofs. 

It was the Blacksmith Shop of the number one Blacksmith of the Eagle City, Rendal. 

Joana then led him inside the shop and compared to Joana's shop it was very messy but was spacious at the same time. 

He could see a lot of scrap metals and materials around as well as finished and unfinished products of various kinds. 

It was very noisy as if someone was hammering into something. 

After a few seconds, Ban finally managed to locate the source of the sound. 

It was a muscular person, hammering a thick metal with his massive hammer. 

'That person should be Rendal!' Ban thought.

It was scorching hot inside the shop but with Ban's cloak as well as the newly obtained beetle armor, he only felt a little warm. 

Joana did not dare to disturb Rendal as it was extremely crucial for a blacksmith not to leave the metal they were forging midway. 

Ban was not familiar with it but he also did not try to interrupt him.

After thirty minutes, Rendal finally smashed the hammer for the last time before he set aside the metal he was striking earlier. 

"Thank you for not interrupting my work, my friends…"

Rendal turned towards them and said with a deep voice.
