It was only when they were seated in the plane back to Capital City that Song Xing Xing seemed to remember Lu Xun's conversation with that old man.

"What did Long Fei's grandfather tell you earlier?" She watched him stare back at her with a puzzled expression and continued, "The two of you has been chatting with a serious look on your faces before we left."

"Just some matter about Long Fei. He wanted my help on something," Lu Xun said. "You don't have to worry about it."

As it might be a personal matter regarding the family, Song Xing Xing decided not to probe further into the matter.

Lu Xun wrapped his arms around her shoulder, pulling her closer to him.

However, before he could kiss the beauty in his arm, a head popped out from the front seat.

Song Wei stared at the couple for a long time, thinking that ever since that proposal, the couple has become very sticky to each other. Moreover, the glow on his sister's face was making him a little annoyed.

Just what had happened between them when he leave to spend his time with Brother Long Fei?

"Song Wei, are you still a kid? Why can't you sit properly?" Song Xing Xing asked. His sudden appearance annoyed her.

Song Wei narrowed his eyes before he finally sat down. His expression changed as he thought about the trip to D Town the past few days.

Initially, he tagged along with the couple wanting to keep his eyes on them. However, once he arrived, he was never around his sister's side.

Now that they had left the town, Song Wei could not shake off this feeling as if he was being tricked. Surely... that was not the case, right?

After they arrived in Capital City, Song Wei took the train and head back to his university. He had taken a few days off to accompany his sister on her birthday and now it was time for him to leave.

Song Xing Xing watched as her brother boarded the train and finally breathed in relief.

Without Song Wei around, she could finally be more at ease.

Bei Yuan appeared to pick them up. Once she was seated in the vehicle, Song Xing Xing closed her eyes, wanting to take a short nap.

When she opened her eyes half an hour later, Song Xing Xing realized that they were not heading to her apartment. She looked out the window and noted that this road was heading towards Lu Xun's place.

She turned to Lu Xun who was looking at a few emails on his phone and asked, "We're going to your place?"

Lu Xun looked up and nodded. "Mhm... I thought you might be too tired after that trip. I already talked to Auntie Wei and asked her to prepare a meal. After you have enough rest, I'll send you back to your apartment."

Special Assistant Bei Yuan who was driving overheard this conversation and let out a low chuckle.

President Lu, if you want to bring your wife back to your place, then you should just say it! What's the use of tricking her like this?

Of course, Bei Yuan did not dare to say these words out loud.

Bei Yuan made a bet with himself that his boss would not send Miss Song back to her apartment.

Initially, Song Xing Xing was still doubting Lu Xun's intention. However, once she entered the place, the smell of something delicious wafted through the air. Song Xing Xing let her guard down and went to the dining area.

Various dishes were on the table and every one of them was her favorite food.

Auntie Wei saw that her boss had returned and ushered them in. Seeing the glint on Song Xing Xing's finger, the smile on the woman's face widened.

Previously, Auntie Wei has been observing Song Xing Xing and noted that she had never worn a ring on her finger. Just that morning, Assistant Bei Yuan had informed her to prepare some dishes as their big boss will finally bring home the girl he intended to marry.

Auntie Wei saw the ring on Song Xing Xing's finger and understood everything. A knowing smile appeared on her face.

Seeing that his girl was impatient to eat, Lu Xun left their luggage in the living area and pulled a chair for her.

Song Xing Xing ate half a bowl of rice and sighed in satisfaction. Her gaze shifted towards the prawn on the plate before she looked at Lu Xun. "Lu Xun, you keep on feeding me with good food. Are you not afraid that I might get fatter? What if I get fat and you no longer want me?"

"Whether you're thin or fat, as long as you are still Song Xing Xing, I will still want you." He peeled another prawn and placed them in her bowl casually.

Song Xing Xing pursed her lips into a thin line.

His words might sound sweet right now but who knew if he change his mind afterward? Song Xing Xing recalled the number of celebrities and socialites who were once linked to Lu Xun and became unhappy.

After they got together, Song Xing Xing had looked into rumors about Lu Xun and found out that the woman who had chased after him had a busty chest and thin waist.

What if he got tempted later?

No way. This is her man. She can't let him get tempted.

Lu Xun watched her expression but did not know what was going on in her mind. "If you are still worried about your weight, I can always accompany you to exercise."

Song Xing Xing raised her head and stared back at him with her eyes wide.

She doesn't need that kind of exercise!

Lu Xun was puzzled when he saw her reddened face. A thought came to his mind and he quickly let out a cough. "There is a gym on the second floor. You may use them as you please."

Her face turned a shade redder upon realizing that she had misunderstood his words.

Song Xing Xing, your mind is turning yellow!

An amused smile curled on his lips. Lu Xun thought about his offer and recalled that he still have another matter that he wanted to talk to her about.

Lu Xun put down his chopstick and looked straight into her eyes. "Song Xing Xing, what do you think about moving in with me?"
