At eight o'clock in the morning, Luna just had time to hold her smartphone after taking care of Keenan and Keyra who was fussy last night. Even the two babies could only sleep soundly at two o'clock at night, it made her, her mother, and babysitter stay up too late to look after them.

"What's wrong, Ethan? Why does your voice sound so weak, are you sick?" asked Luna curtly, because she didn't like it when Ethan was being secretive.

"I just have a stomach ache," Ethan replied, sounding weak. "How are the twins? I miss them so much."

Luna sighed then said, "they are sick. why did your stomach relapse, did you intentionally not eat because you were busy?"

She kept remembering that Ethan's voice sounded very weak. it made her worry and feel like she just wanted to go home, but it seemed impossible to ask to be picked up because Ethan was sick too. Keenan and Keyra are also still not recovering.

'What should I do?' Luna thought angrily with her arms crossed by biting her thumbnails.

Rita entered Luna's room while holding Keenan who was crying. The baby is still fussy when he feels thirsty but is always in pain when he wants to drink milk or suck his mother's nipple.

Luna turned to look at the still fussy Keenan, then stretched out her hand. "Let me carry him, Mom. I'll give you the medicine the doctor gave me last night," she said angrily.

"Is it because gua dad is also sick, Mom? I feel guilty for separating them. Am I being too selfish?" For some reason, Luna became weak when she heard Ethan was sick along with his son.

"What's wrong with Ethan?" asked Rita with a probing look.

"He said he had stomach ulcers, but he sounded very weak, Mom," answered Luna sadly. She remembers well how her husband if he was sick, would be very spoiled. Slowly her hatred faded into guilt for not being able to take care of her husband.

"You should ask to be picked up when the twins are healed and Ethan is also healed. I also don't like seeing you far from their husbands," said Rita

"Yes, mom. I'll tell him later," replied Luna while cradling Keenan who was looking at the ointment he gave. hopefully, after that, he will drink milk and not fussy.

Ethan felt better after last night's meds from the doctor. He immediately got out of bed and walked with a limp ledge out of the room towards the upstairs room. when he got there, the man immediately took a shower because last night he was too weak and didn't have time to take a shower.

After bathing, Ethan immediately put on casual clothes because today was Sunday. He wore short pants combined with a black t-shirt, then combed his hair with a haircut style.

Ethan immediately put his phone back, then walked to the closet. He took his sizable backpack, then started packing some of his clothes.

birthday. I don't care if he refuses to come home, I will still come because Keenan and Keyra are also sick. I have to see how they are.' Ethan thought. He had deliberately put Luna's birthday in mind the day before, so he could surprise her.
