Ethan put the babies in the most comfortable position possible in the middle bed with him and Luna. He put a thick cloth on top of the bedding as a bed for the twins so it wouldn't seep into the mattress if they wet the bed. the man immediately lay down when it was tidy and made sure there would be no mosquitoes or insects that climbed into the bed and would bite his babies.

Luna turned her head, then tilted her position with her arms stretched out to hug Keenan. She looked at her baby who was sleeping in a small hat and warm clothes. Sometimes she kissed her because she felt so in love.

Luna suddenly remembered the name that is not fair. Keenan's name is too simple while Keyra's name is long and good. She glanced at Ethan who was about to fall asleep while embracing Keyra.

"Ethan."

Ethan opened his eyes again and glanced at Luna who was calling but looked at him with a sour face. "Why?" he asked.

"I want Keenan's name to be changed," answered Luna.

"How changed?" asked Ethan with his eyes unable to open. Maybe he was tired from taking care of the twins all day and didn't have time to take a nap.

"Not changed, but I just want to add a name in the middle," replied Luna while stroking Keenan's cheek.

"Okay, tomorrow I'll take care of the name change," said Ethan, then immediately closed his eyes.

Luna glanced annoyed at Ethan who had closed his eyes when she hadn't told him what name to add. She took Keenan's small bolster and slapped Ethan's face.

"Why again, honey? I'm so tired and sleepy. We'll talk about it tomorrow." Ethan was sleepy and talking with droopy eyes.

"Don't you care about Keenan? You didn't even ask what name I was going to add." Luna is getting annoyed with Ethan. I think she will continue to be grumpy when she is near her husband. I don't know what she's got.

"What name are you going to add anyway?" asked Ethan.

"Never mind, you just sleep. I'm not in the mood." Luna turned her face away and immediately closed her eyes instead of seeing Ethan's face which continued to make her sick.

That night the four of them slept peacefully and quietly because the twins weren't fussy either. Maybe they feel comfortable sleeping with their parents.

in the morning, Ethan was up before Luna woke up. She took her two babies to the garden next to the house by using a baby stroller to be more comfortable and could feel the fresh morning air and the warm sunshine which is healthy for the body. the man stared at his kids with his mind fixed on the attitude of his wife who turned to hate him so much.

"Until when are you going to ignore me? Will I ever have the same fate again? Become a husband who is not considered." Ethan bent down to kiss the babies for a moment. "Your mom hates dad again. Daddy misses your sweet mom," he said sadly.

Arsha, who hasn't been home since yesterday, saw Ethan who was in the park. He immediately approached his brother-in-law who was sad.

"Hey, why are you daydreaming?" Arsha patted Ethan's shoulder, then sat in the chair right beside him.

"I was just looking at my kids," said Ethan with a faint smile.

"Is there another problem?" asked Arsha while glancing at the twin nephews which made him excited. because he also really wanted a baby from Shandra.

"Luna hates me again," Ethan replied with his head down.

Arsha sighed, then leaned back against the chair. "Think of it as an examination for your family because in every relationship there must be turmoil that can arise at any time who knows who started it first. Life won't always be smooth like a highway."

"Yeah, I was wrong in this," said Ethan.

"Then you have to hold on and show that you can make her hate you no more. No matter how much she hates you, you have to be patient. Don't let there be a breakup, because you're already parents." Arsha smiled amused when she saw Keyra yawning and sucking her thumb. "Think of them. And throw away your selfishness."

"Yeah. I will continue to survive," said Ethan as he got up from the chair and took Keyra who was starting to get restless. maybe the baby is thirsty or bored.

"I brought Keyra inside first. Please take care of Keenan," said Ethan.

Arsha just nodded, then focused on looking at Keenan who was still silent occasionally sucking his thumb. the baby was enjoying the fresh morning air combined with the sunlight that made him warm.

Upon entering the room, Ethan saw Luna being treated by a doctor. From a distance, he saw that his wife was having the stitches removed on her belly because the surgical wound was dry.

Luna, who noticed Ethan's presence, just didn't budge while glancing at him curtly. 'Look! Will, you still love me with an ugly belly like this,' she thought with teary eyes.

"It's done, Mrs. The wound will getting better as the medicine you take will run out. after that you can also breastfeed your baby," said the doctor while covering Luna's belly with a blanket.

"Can my belly recover? I mean, back to how it was before I got pregnant?" asked Luna.

"Yes," replied the doctor as she put the medical equipment he used earlier into the bag. "You can do exercise to make your stomach tight again. But after a month or two after surgery. So that it doesn't affect the deep scars," she continued with a smile.

"Can the stitches go away too?" asked Luna again.

Ethan was still motionless on the sofa watching Luna who was consulting a doctor. Again he saw the hateful glance from his wife. however, the man tries to remain calm and reminds him that he was wrong.

"The wound can be removed by a dermatologist. But it's best not for the near future. Because the wound is still not too dry, it can cause infection," explained the doctor.

"Thanks for the explanation, Doc," replied Luna with a relieved smile.

"Then, excuse me, Mrs. I hope you get well soon," said the doctor, greeting Luna briefly.

"Thank you, Doc," replied Luna.

the doctor immediately got up from the chair and said goodbye to Ethan for a moment, then left the room.

Luna opened her blanket again and saw her belly which looked slack. It made her feel devastated because previously her belly was tight and slim. of course, the change was very obvious, because she was carrying twins. Moreover, there was a medical knife cut that was quite wide, which made her even more devastated.

"I look really bad now," she whispered as she covered her belly with the clothes she was wearing.

Ethan got up from the sofa and walked with limp steps towards Luna who seemed to be having a lot of thoughts. He sat on the edge of the bed and looked at his wife who immediately looked away when she saw him approaching.

"Just go. I don't want to see you," Luna exclaimed.

"Is there no more forgiveness for me? I will do anything as long as you are happy. But please don't continue like this, I love you so much and I am tormented by this attitude of yours." Ethan kept pleading while holding Luna's fingers.

Luna turned to look at Ethan hate and immediately slapped his hand away. She moved to open the blanket and exposed her abdomen which she thought was very bad.

"Look at this! How can I'm not be stressed by this situation? You know, I've always cared about my body and appearance. I hate seeing this stretchy belly. Plus, the wound is so big." Luna looked at Ethan hate with teary eyes.

"That's because you are carrying twins, of course stretchy," said Ethan angrily. Luna's tantrum seemed like it would frustrate her.

"Yes, I know, but this wound is very disgusting," replied Luna.

"Didn't the doctor say earlier, it can be cured? I will pay the doctor any price to make your belly go back to how it used to be."

"Never mind, Ethan. You just go, because your presence will only make me hate this situation even more," Luna exclaimed with a groan. she was devastated because her physique was so bad, she couldn't breastfeed, couldn't take care of her babies independently. That woman is down.

"Okay I'll go," said Ethan as he got out of bed, then walked out of the room again feeling disappointed because he was kicked out. Luna's anger was much worse than when she had just married him.
