"It looks like the big fishy has come to serve himself right on the platter," Azmond remarked, his posture already relaxed.

Since he had a few interesting events to participate in, he decided that he would test out his 'tail'.

It has been on his bucket list for a while now; however, he always forgot about it in the midst of battle.

However, there was no better time than now to see exactly what his lethal tail was capable of!

A few nanoseconds passed, as Azmond had already used his Godfiend technique to disguise himself as a wizened old man with an otherworldly countenance.

He was planning on using this perfect veneer to fool everybody in Asterion as he climbed even further ahead of them before his eventual venture out into the Starry Expanse!

A few nanoseconds later.

"Are you the senior who released that aura earlier?" An ancient and raspy voice echoed out across the vast blue skies.

Following the sounding of this voice, dozens of extremely powerful figures appeared in the air a few hundred thousand miles away from the Mariase Hotel.

And in front of these various figures, there was a tall old man with long white hair and a long white beard that reached his knees.

The antiquated old man flipped his aged gaze through all the visitors before he said, "I have come from beyond the stars, and through the orders of the Heaven Exploding Faction, I was tasked with watching over this planet until the day of reckoning."

"!?" The first Mahayana realm expert who spoke was surprised by this revelation.

He was expecting the unknown old man to not say a word, but surprisingly, he revealed so much without them even asking anything!

Azmond observed the reactions of all those around him and thought that he may have revealed too much at once.

He just didn't want to go through the whole dialogue exchange hassle, so he assumed this would work best for what he wanted.

However, it seemed like his hasty actions had elicited some suspicious looks from all the Peak Mahayana Realm experts.

Azmond had to correct this situation, so he said, "I was the one who released that aura, and I was also the one who took care of that little worm buzzing around my post."

"Little worm?" The first Mahayana Realm Expert repeated with an expression of disbelief.

They had already learned from their seniors that the Void Devouring Realm worm was a fledgling, likely just a junior of their race, who went on ahead of the pack.

But that didn't mean that they weren't the least bit surprised when they heard the old man call this powerful creature a 'Little Worm'!

On that note, their 'seniors', the Half-Step Lunar Ascendancy Realm Experts, had already surmised that the Fledgling Void Devouring Worm was probably going through a racial rite of sorts in order to prove itself.

Not that any of that mattered anymore, considering that it had already vanished

"!?" "!?" "!?"

All of the gathered Mahayana Realm experts, including Marina's mother, were surprised by the nonchalant words of the old man before them.

But, more than that, they were astounded over this unknown old man revealing that he had come from beyond the stars!

He surely meant that he came to Asterion from the Starry Expanse! That meant that what their seniors had said about civilizations existing beyond Asterion was true!

And apparently, this 'Heaven Exploding Faction' was one of these 'interstellar civilizations'!

It was presumed for years that only savage and extraordinarily powerful races like the 'Void Devouring Worms' were the only things living in the Starry Expanse, but it looked like that was completely wrong!

And it was after the mysterious old man made these unbelievable claims that all of the Mahayana Realm experts started to see him in a different light!

"..."

Azmond scrutinized the expressions on everyone's faces and realized that he had successfully lured them into his little, fabricated stroy.

Now all he had to do was sink the hook all the way into the fish!

And that's exactly what he did, as he tilted his head up at an angle before he said, "I have recently returned from my secluded cultivation and broke through the 2nd Star of the Lunar Ascendancy Realm. Now, I am looking to make myself a ruling faction on this planet while I'm on post."

Azmond gauged the astonished reactions of those around him before he added, "I assume no one here has a problem with this?"

"..." "..." "..."

All of the Mahayana Realm Experts looked at the dangerous glare in his eyes and knew that if they answered wrongly, they would likely die.

But, of course, in all situations, there was always an idiot who wished to test his luck in murderous waters

"You really think we believe any of the bull crap you're saying, you old geezer!? Your realm is merely of the Early Void Refining Realm! Who do you think you are!?"

The Emperor of the Water God Empire had taken his stance on the matter, as a few other kings and emperors had followed the Water God Emperor's example.

Azmond looked around at all those who voiced their opinions on the matter.

'1 2 3 4 5' He started to count inside his head as he scanned through all the Mahayana Realm experts.

And after reaching the number twenty-five, Azmond swung out his unruly tail.

WHIPP!

It cut through the air at speeds millions of times the speed of light, as it extended to an unbelievable degree!

"!!!" "!!!" "!!!"

The Mahayana Realm Experts weren't even able to quantify what had just occurred, as before they knew it, twenty-five Late and Peak Mahayana Realm Experts were sliced up into billions of pieces!

"Well, it looks like this tail is quite an effective dicer. I will definitely be using it more often in the future," Azmond said with his hand holding onto his blood-dripping tail.

And not long after his voice sounded out, the entire area was bathed in blood, as everything was dyed red!

The forty Mahayana Realm Experts who were still alive put on horrified expressions as they didn't even see the old man make a single movement!
