Esra gazed into her mother's nervous gaze before she said, "A man?"

The Queen was left utterly dumbfounded after her daughter figured her out so soon.

In the end, she just sighed a little and muttered, "Yes"

She was practically beaming upon hearing that her mother had found someone else! After all these years of depression and their scumbag father leaving her for one slut after the next, Esra was beginning to think that her mother would never get out of her strut!

Marina observed the elation practically erupting from her second-eldest daughter as she forgot why she was so anxious.

After all, Esra was the one who has been telling her mother to go out and have some 'fun' for years now.

But Marina would always respond, 'I'm faithful to my husband.' or 'Fidelity is important.'.

To which Esra would say, 'You're stupid, mother!', or 'Just loosen up a little and forget that scum husband of yours!'.

And after thousands of years of Esra getting nowhere with changing her mother's mind, she finally found herself a man!

"I'm so happy for you, mother! But I want the details! What's his name!? Where's he from!?

Is he strong!?"

Esra hugged her mother even tighter while barraging her with a bunch of questions.

*Sigh* Marina let out an exasperated sigh before she said, "I'll tell you everything. Just calm down a little."

"Really, Mother!? You must not leave out any details!!" Esra exclaimed, followed by her jumping in the air a little.

The Queen watched those 'inherited traits' of hers bounce around a little as she sat down at a gazebo, waiting for her daughter to come sit next to her.

And it wasn't long before Esra 'bounced' her way over with anticipation for the story telling to come practically oozing out of her bubbly expression.

A few minutes passed as Marina narrated everything that happened from the moment that she left the castle in a fit of rage.

And after she reached the end, she opened her eyes, gauging her daughter's reaction to the events.

However, she never would've expected for Esra to say, "...Mother is naughty"

A deep blush formed on Esra's cheeks as she listened to what her mother had done to this 'Azmond' character.

Marina felt a little embarrassed over her 'forwardness' with Azmond, but she wasn't ashamed of it, so she said, "Th-This is simply the type of attitude a mother and a queen should have. You must be bold, Esra."

"???" Esra turned her flushed face up to her mother and said, "But didn't it take months for you to reach that point-"

"N-No! That is simply because I was scoping out his character! You see, a queen must also scrutinize everything if she wishes to be successful!" Marina interjected, her eyelashes twitching a little.

She slammed the table laying underneath the turquoise gazebo in her passionate retort.

*Cough Cough* The Queen realized that she was becoming a little unruly as she coughed a little before taking her seat once again.

Esra ignored this small outburst of her mother as she tilted her head to the side a little before asking, "So, do you like this man~?"

"T-That is-" Marina stuttered a little before she clenched her fists and replied, "Of course I do! That is the way a queen must be!"

"Ho~?" Esra put a hand to her mouth before she giggled, "Mother, you really are naughty~ Going off with a man while father is away~? I never would've taken you for the wanton type~"

"Y-You This is simply how a queen is! Stop talking back to your mother! Humph!" Marina retorted with a small snort.

"Heh~" Esra mischievously giggled, as she was having quite a lot of fun teasing her mother.

However, that was when she suddenly realized something

"Wait, mother This wouldn't happen to be the man that Aqua was raving about before I left, would it?"

Marina turned her head away at this accusation before she murmured, "YYes"

"What was that?" Esra questioned with a suspicious tone.

"I said Yes! He's the same one! B-But it really isn't my fault! Th-That man seduced me"

The Queen's flustered voice echoed throughout the lush blue scenery surrounding the gazebo.

"!!!" But she quickly realized that she had spoken a little too loudly as she lowered her head and waited for her daughter's judging gaze to come.

And just as she expected, Esra looked at her mother with an indiscernible glint in her blue eyes before she mumbled, "You really are a naughty pervert, mother"

Even Esra was becoming a little embarrassed upon imagining her mother doing even more 'naughty things' with the man whom Aqua called 'Husband'.

However, she wasn't yet done talking as she asked, "What are you going to tell Aqua about this?"

Marina heard her daughter's question, as it was one that she was conflicted about as well.

After all, not only had she married off her youngest daughter to a prince of the FireGod Empire, but she had also 'stolen' Aqua's man for herself

Marina thought the matter over for a few seconds before she replied, "Maybe I'll have Azmond soothe this over... After all, this was all his fault to begin with"

"From what you told me, it sounded like you and Aqua did everything to yourselves-" Esra tried to speak, but she was interrupted by her mother, saying:

"You're right, my beloved daughter. I must get Azmond over here to solve everything as soon as possible!"

Marina put on an unquestionable look, as she had already decided what she had to do to get her relationship with her daughter back on track!

And that was to simply leave everything up to Azmond!

Esra wore a blank face as she stared at her shameless mother and felt a little bad for this 'Azmond' guy.
