Chapter 333: Tyrant Zargoroth The Dreaded!
....
"Big Sister!"
Calista's panicky voice resounded as she let go of Azmond's hand and ran toward the collapsed figure in the distance.
*Pitter Patter*
She ran at the fastest speed she could muster; however, before she could even make it halfway, a sudden explosion of red energy was unleashed from the other side of the 'door'!
"You Dare To Interrupt Me!?!?" An ancient and enraged voice reverberated out.
WAAAA!
Everything within a one hundred thousand mile radius was immediately enveloped in a malevolent red aura as an entire section of the Twentieth Floor started to crumble and break apart!
RUMBLE!!
Tremors started to spread out as wide, seemingly endless chasms were created in their wake!
CRUMBLE!
The ground beneath Calista broke apart as a wide crevice was created between her and her 'Big Sister'.
"Wha!?" She stopped in her tracks before she analyzed the situation.
She observed the wide chasm with dangerous energies leaking out of ita chasm that was separating the two of thembefore she resolved herself and decided she would fly over it, regardless of the lethal black energies oozing out of the crack!
However, before she could follow through with such a rash decision, a warm hand fell on her head as it started to gently rub her soft white hair.
"??" She looked up and saw Azmond stopping her from going, and just as she was about to ask why, he spoke first:
"Just give me a second, and I'll deal with that bug coming out of the door, Kay?" He spoke with a small smile.
"B-But!"
"Kay?" He repeated.
"..."
Calista wanted to go and see her big sister right that instant, but she also understood why he stopped her from going.
After a few milliseconds, she gave in as she mumbled, "... Can you make it fast?"
Azmond's hand lifted up off her head before a wide smirk emerged on his face as he said, "Have you known me to be slow before?"
Following such a proclamation, his figure blurred before he appeared in front of the human-sized 'door'.
However, just as he made it to the door and felt the immense red energy leaking out of it, something changed with the size of the door!
WAAAA!!
The energies being emitted from the door fluctuated intensely before the translucent 'door' started growing in size!
It began at a manageable 2 and a half meters; however, such a size didn't last for long as it scaled upwards to 10 meters!
15 meters 40 meters 150 meters 1000 meters 8000 meters 30,000 meters 90,000 meters... 150,000 meters!
And it didn't stop just there, as it continued growing with no end in sight!
300,000 meters 600,000 meters 1,200,000 meters until it ultimately reached a height of 1.6 million meters, or 10,000 miles!
It was only after it reached such a point that the entire 'door' started to stabilize.
But such tranquility was only the calm before the storm, as something absolutely humongous made its way through the door.
The layer of space that lay outside the 'door' started to violently shake as the hand of a creature larger than anything Azmond had ever seen made its way out of the door!
A few moments passed as the hand latched onto the side of the door before an archaic voice roared, "You Are Truly Courting Death!!"
The savage and powerful red aura that was released earlier only got worse!
And that was merely the prelude to something truly terrifying exiting the door, as a monster over nine thousand miles in length leaped through the door before creating a crater as it landed on the desert surface.
BOOOOOOM!
Everything within an eighty thousand-mile radius was blown away, as the monster in question had two large, pointy brown horns that extended up for hundreds of miles by themselves, while the rest of its body was a dark red color.
Its face could be described as something straight out of a little kid's nightmares, as it had two demented eyes with black slits in the middle of them, whereas the rest of its face was gruff and grotesque, with sharp, city-sized teeth sticking out of its face.
The rest of its body was like that of a goat, but also like a human. Its legs had hooves attached to them, while its body was slightly bent over in an extremely menacing manner.
This monster was the picture-perfect example of a demon that had ascended from the deepest layers of hell!
And such a horrifying creature turned its imposing gaze down to an existence smaller than dust as it used its divine sense to get a better look at the one that had interrupted its mission.
After seeing an existence barely in the Middle Nascent Soul stand up against it with an indifferent expression, the demon-like monster couldn't help but bellow out, "You're the one who stopped my capturing of the princess!? What a joke, hahaha!!!"
"..." Azmond observed the demon-like monster getting a kick out of his existence as he returned the favor and analyzed his as well.
He used his Discerning Quantum Eye as a bright light flashed!
BLING!
