(The following is what Ive found from my research on the title)

The tagline is just a marketing gimmick for the company.

People with kidney deficiency are usually middle-aged or old people. Theyre richer, exercise lesser and lifes stresses lead to all kinds of illnesses, one of them being diabetes. Someone claimed that after eating Liuwei Dihuang, their diabetic symptom of dry mouth and thirst was gone so the vendor decided to use this as a selling point to market their product.

Unfortunately, sugakookie has no idea how that relates to this chapter of the novel soyeah.
