Chapter 157 - Support Little Brother, Wheres Your Cell phone?
Chapter 157: Support Little Brother, Where’s Your Cell phone?
“FromNorthToSouth…” When Feng Nai said these four words, his arm very casually rested on the edge of the chair and his back leaned backward. His expression was cold yet languid, making him look very much like a Persian cat.
Mo Bei did not understand why he had suddenly stated her gaming ID. Her eyes moved to the side and glanced at him.
A second later, they met his eyes, which were as deep as spring.
Rarely anyone could look so beautiful when they were ill. A certain Almighty was probably the first exception.
Feng Nai seemed to smile for a second before asking slowly, “When did you create this account?”
Mo Bei’s look was very indifferent. “After my former battle team took my account.”
“Which means you only created it recently.” Feng Nai acted as if he was chatting. He lifted his hand to drink a mouthful of water, but his eyes glanced to the side.
Trouble Lin’s Little Brother really had no cracks on his face, regardless of the situation he faced.
It had been the same even when he had brought a fist to his face.
Feng Nai put the bottle of mineral water down and took a cigarette out of his cigarette case. He simply fiddled with it absentmindedly with no intention of leaving at all.
Mo Bei watched the displayed time on the screen. She was still like an icy, beautiful youth, but there were slight changes in her gaze. Two minutes had already passed. How long exactly was Almighty K going to sit there for?
“Support Little Brother, you seem to be a little distracted.” Feng Nai looked over again. “Why? Do you have any other things to attend to?”
Mo Bei did not stop moving as she replied quietly, “Yes, it’s already been four hours since the last time you took any medicine, Captain. I’m thinking about what method I should use this time to get you to take the medicine.”
Feng Nai stared at Mo Bei’s face with squinted eyes and sneered. The arc of his lips was slightly cold. “Then you really ought to give it some thought.”
The sarcasm in his words was rather strong.
Mo Bei indeed wanted to end this match earlier so that she could go somewhere without him and finish the task on SweetDisciple’s account on her phone.
After all, Almighty K didn’t seem to have the slightest intention of leaving.
Could it be because he had lain down for too long on his bed?
Was that why he was so bored?
Mo Bei swiftly proceeded with a wave of harvest, using the habits and orb-walk that her brother used in his games.
Then, she charged into the opponent’s base.
There was no pause until the end of the match.
When she finally finished the match, Mo Bei stood up with an aloof expression but did not take her leave.
After all, they usually didn’t greet each other. Their relationship wasn’t like that.
However, just as she was about to stride out on her long legs, the other person moved a step ahead of her and kicked a chair with his leg to block her way.
Mo Bei looked back.
The other person’s arm was still resting on the chair, and the lines on his neck were very good-looking. He asked, seemingly very casually, “Where’s your cell phone?”
These words made Mo Bei’s fingers abruptly freeze. The rate of her heartbeat was evidently much faster than before, but her tone sounded very indifferent. “Why are you asking, Captain?”
“My phone ran out of battery. Use your phone to give the assistant a call and tell him it’s time to come back.” Feng Nai’s pose was still very languid. His long legs were crossed and unerringly aimed so that they were blocking the way.
Mo Bei glanced at him. “Got it. I will inform him.”
She’d thought that it would be totally fine if she said that.
After all, Almighty K wasn’t the kind of person who did everything personally.
She had never expected that he would suddenly stand up, his right hand would grip her wrist, and his other hand would reach accurately into her pocket. “Is it here?”
