Chapter 254: Such power!!!
"And when I'm done with you," Elena continued, her voice dripping with venom, "I'll make sure to put a final end to your precious Blake. And don't worry, your master, my dearest sister, Rose isn't safe too,"
Reggie's blood ran cold at the mention of Blake and Rose, his mind reeling at the thought of Elena's twisted intentions. But even as fear threatened to overwhelm him, he refused to let it paralyze him. He had to protect his loved ones at all costs, even if it meant facing Elena head-on.
Elena's laughter grew louder, more manic, as she taunted them with the prospect of their imminent demise. "I'm tired of bending to everyone's rules," she declared, her voice rising to a fever pitch. "It's time for me to take control, to assert my dominance over all who would dare challenge me."
With a savage gleam in her eyes, Elena lunged forward once more, her flaming sword poised to strike. Reggie and Randal braced themselves for the inevitable clash, knowing that the fate of their loved ones hung in the balance.
"You have great ambition. But you need to first think of getting past us!" Reggie said as Elena got close to them.
Reggie and Randal moved with precision, their movements synchronized as if they were two parts of the same whole. They circled Elena cautiously, their eyes fixed on her every move.
Elena lunged forward, the flames trailing behind her blades, but Reggie countered with a swift parry, deflecting the blow with his own sword. Randal followed suit, launching a series of quick strikes that forced Elena to retreat momentarily.
"You think you can stand in my way?" Elena's voice dripped with contempt as she unleashed a torrent of fire, engulfing the sand around them in flames. But Reggie and Randal stood their ground, their determination unshaken.
Reggie glanced at Randal, a silent communication passing between them. With a nod, they both charged forward simultaneously, their swords meeting Elena's with a resounding clash.
Elena's eyes blazed with fury as she fought back with renewed intensity, her movements fueled by anger and determination. But Reggie and Randal fought with a calm resolve, their focus unwavering as they matched her blow for blow.
Meanwhile, Blake and Nana watched from the sidelines, the chaos unfolding before them leaving them breathless. It was a battle of epic proportions, and they could only hope that Reggie and Randal would emerge victorious.
As Reggie and Randal continued their fierce battle against Elena, Blake and Nana watched with bated breath, their eyes fixed on the unfolding chaos before them. The air crackled with tension, the sounds of clashing swords and roaring flames echoing across the beach.
But amidst the chaos, Nana's sharp eyes caught sight of something else - a dark figure hurtling towards them from the sky, moving with incredible speed.
"Blake, look!" Nana exclaimed, grabbing his arm and pointing towards the sky.
Before Blake could even register what was happening, the figure descended upon the ground with a thunderous crash, causing the entire beachside to tremor beneath their feet. Dust and sand billowed into the air, obscuring their view of the newcomer.
As the dust settled, revealing the figure standing before them, Blake and Nana could only stare in awe and disbelief. The man was tall, incredibly tall, with long silver hair cascading down his backside. His upper body was exposed, adorned only in a tattered brown linen tied around his waist.
"Who... who is that?" Blake muttered, his voice barely above a whisper, his eyes wide with wonder.
Nana shook her head in disbelief, her heart pounding in her chest as she tried to make sense of the situation. "I... I don't know," she admitted, her voice tinged with uncertainty. "But something tells me he's not here to join the party."
As the new figure emerged from the settling dust, a palpable shift rippled through the battlefield. The vampires, caught in the midst of their fierce combat, immediately ceased their fighting, their movements stilled as they stared at the newcomer with a mixture of confusion and caution.
Gunther, who had been locked in a brutal struggle with Drake behind a nearby rock, felt the sudden shift in energy and knew that something significant had occurred. With a sense of urgency, he stepped out from his hiding spot to see what was causing the commotion.
Reggie and Randal, still reeling from the shock of the newcomer's arrival, turned their attention towards him, their movements involuntarily halted by the overwhelming energy emanating from the mysterious figure. It was as if they were paralyzed, unable to move or even speak in the presence of such power.
Elena, usually quick to assert her dominance, felt a strange sense of unease wash over her as she gazed upon the newcomer. Instinctively, she wanted to speak, to assert her authority, but something deep within her advised against it. There was an aura of danger surrounding the newcomer, a sense of power that she dared not challenge.
Who was this enigmatic figure, and what did he want? The question hung in the air, unanswered, as the vampires watched in wary silence, their eyes fixed on the imposing figure before them.
Before anyone could act another figure materialized behind him, a woman with short trousers above her knee and a T-shirt, her eyes glowing a sinister shade of red as she bared her teeth in a feral snarl.
A collective gasp rippled through the assembled group as they recognized the woman to be Tessa. But something was terribly wrong - her eyes should not have been glowing red, and the feral expression on her face was unlike anything they had ever seen from her.
Blake's heart clenched with dread as he struggled to comprehend what was happening.
As the tension mounted, Blake leaned in close to Nana, his voice barely above a whisper. "I know who that is. That's Tessa, the lady I was saying we had to take along with us," he murmured, his eyes fixed on the imposing figure before them. "Something terrible is wrong."
Nana glanced at him, her expression grave. "Whoever you think that is, Blake, they're long gone," she replied softly. "From all indications, she's a vampire. But that's not what we should be worrying about right now."
She gestured towards the tall man with the silver hair and the brown linens tied around his waist. "Those clothes... That silver hair, they're significant," she explained. "Do you remember the story I was telling you the other day?"
Blake nodded, his heart pounding in his chest. "Yes, but how is that supposed to help us?" he asked, his voice hushed with apprehension.
Before Nana could respond, the tall figure moved, taking a single step forward. Instantly, all the vampires in the vicinity took a step back, their expressions filled with a mixture of fear and uncertainty. The sheer power emanating from the newcomer was enough to send shivers down their spines, and they knew that they were facing a formidable figure
