"Yes, I did give Emmelyn the necklace but I am not in love with her....,"

"What!" Jasmine remarked in shock as she readjusted herself on the seat.

"So Emmelyn was telling the truth all along and here I thought she was spewing nonsense," Jasmine said sounding disappointed in Alfred.

"Yes, I gave her the necklace but the other things she said was utter nonsense," Alfred said seriously.

"And how do you want me to believe what you said...,"

"You will believe me as long as you let me explain," Alfred said. When Jasmine gave him the signal to go ahead he went on and explained what really happened.

"If that is what really happened then why are you still sitting here wasting your time?" Jasmine asked excitedly.

"Alfred, go and explain things to your woman. I am sure she will understand after you are done with the explanation," Jasmine said as she beamed at him.

"I will do what you asked then," Alfred said as he stood up from the chair and moved closer to Jasmine. He embraced her tightly.

"Thank you so much for your help, Jasmine. You have just saved not only me but my marriage," Alfred said before he pulled out of her embrace.

Jasmine watched him hurry out of the bar.

Recalling what she promised Jackson, Jasmine also left the bar in a hurry. When she got home, Jackson had freshened up and laid on the bed waiting for her.

"You kept your words. I was planning to increase your punishment if you kept me waiting for even any longer," Jackson said as he quickly signals her to come to meet him on the bed.

"I was just gone for a few minutes and yet you are this way. What if I left for a business trip or you made me angry in the future and I decide to leave you, what will you do?" Jasmine asked as she dropped her handbag on the couch before she began taking off her clothes.

"Wherever you go I will pursue you even to the ends of the earth. I will make sure I bring you back," Jackson said confidently.

"Does that mean you have plans of upsetting me in the future?" Jasmine put on only her undies said as she seductively climbed the bed.
