Chapter 395: - Wait, the statue—it’s gone!
It was the control room of the Golden Age Company, and the atmosphere was more energetic than usual. People were even bringing in popcorn and soda, while the CEO, Marco, had already taken his seat, eagerly awaiting the moment that promised to be extraordinary.
Today, they were about to witness something that had captured everyone's attention-a third attempt by three players, Divine Champions, to defeat a powerful Named Demon ranked 56th!
An assistant standing next to Marco began explaining. "This is their third attempt, and although they've completely failed in the previous two, the AI reports significant improvement."
"What are their chances this time? Do you think they can actually win against Gremory? From what I've observed, her level and stats are insanely high. I'm not sure they're ready, even if they are Divine Champions," Marco commented, sounding skeptical.
"Mr. Marco... actually, if the three of them can fully maximize everything they have, the AI predicts their chances of winning could rise to around 57%, up from the initial 19%."
Marco nodded thoughtfully. "Yes, 57% is still a significant chance, and it's impressive they've managed to push the odds this high."
He continued, his expression focused. "Make sure we gather as much data from this battle as possible, because it's going to be crucial. This fight is very different from the one Broken and the Princess had against Flauros some time ago."
"Yes, Mr. Marco. While the Princess had protection back then, giving them a higher chance of success, now everything relies solely on the determination of these three players."
Marco smiled and nodded. "What impresses me is how Broken has managed to bring together two women who were once on opposing sides to work seamlessly in the same team."
"Yes, sir, he certainly has a charm that he might not even be aware of," his assistant replied.
Marco nodded slowly again. As he watched the three players begin to revive in the throne room, the people in the control room started to cheer.
"Let's go, Broken, Charmelyn, Marlene!"
"Come on, I bet they'll pull it off this time!"
"Marlene, show the demon your true power, hahaha!"
"Damn, I didn't expect this to happen so soon-three Divine Champions from three different sins teaming up to defeat a Named Demon!"
"Yes, if only we could broadcast this battle; it would definitely attract a huge audience and get more people to play Immortal Legacy."
Marco nodded and smiled. "Surely the future will become even more thrilling with this kind of dynamic."

In another place, a spacious meeting room was filled with people. Nearly all the members of the Ass Guild were present, along with Booba, RememberMe, and others. At the front of the room sat their panel of experts-Maylock, Elincia, and Goldrich-while Freya took on the role of host for the event.
Behind them, a floating screen displayed two live feeds showing the perspectives of Broken, and Charmelyn.
"Alright, Maylock," Freya began with enthusiasm, "I know you've been following their battles from the start, but this time you've gathered so many people here to witness this one. What makes it different?"
"They are very likely to win, so yeah," Maylock replied bluntly.
"But, please... Could you explain it more clearly? I mean, everyone's curious about how this battle is going to play out. Show us the analysis," Freya pressed, smiling.
Elincia chimed in with a chuckle. "Let me help answer that.
"So, Charmelyn has confirmed to me that she's okay with revealing her status as a Divine Champion, at least to everyone here."
"Damn!" Skywarden was the first to react, cursing under his breath. "Why didn't she tell me earlier? I feel betrayed."
"What about Master Broken?" RememberMe shouted from the back. "Has he confirmed whether he's a Divine Champion too?"
Elincia shook her head. "I think we'll need to wait a bit longer for him to confirm that himself."
"No matter what, I'm sure he's a Divine Champion," RememberMe declared loudly. "The time will come when he reveals everything. Hahaha!"
"What kind of ability did Charmelyn get from her Envy Champion?" Jovina asked, curious.
Elincia quickly answered, "So, basically, she can create a copy of herself and control both of them alternately. That's why we can still see her staying in Slumdon Town, while her other copy is with Broken in Hell."
"Interesting." Jovina said.
Maylock chimed in, "This ability has incredible potential if the user can master it. Perhaps that's why the previous holder of this Blessing didn't stand out-they likely couldn't take full advantage of the ability."
Skywarden nodded and said. "Charmelyn is great with her control-she's precise, agile, and quick. I'm sure she'll be able to use this blessing extremely well. It suits her perfectly."
Pussycat chimed in, "Oh, if only this could be broadcast publicly, it would draw a huge audience and plenty of sponsors."
Elincia smiled. "You're definitely not wrong, PussyCat-no wonder you're the most important person at Northstar Company."
Freya then took charge. "Alright, everyone, Maylock, Elincia, and Goldrich will be our analysts for this battle. They'll break down each player's moves as we watch. I'm sure we're in for an exciting fight!"
All eyes turned toward the screen, anticipation filling the room. But then someone raised a
question.
"And where is Ivana?" PussyCat asked, glancing around.
"Yeah, where is Ivana? Didn't anyone invite her?" Booba echoed, also curious.
Livelywood responded, "I saw her earlier with the Knights-maybe she's helping them with some hunting? Should I go find her?"
Freya shook her head slightly, "I've been wondering about that too-where is Ivana?"
With that question lingering, their attention shifted back to the screen, ready for the action to unfold.n/o/vel/b//in dot c//om

In Slumdon Town, a group of Knights had formed a barricade, preventing a crowd of players from getting close to the Gorilla Statue near the city gate.
"Hey, move aside, you stupid knights! We just want to take a picture with that dumb gorilla statue!" one player shouted, clearly frustrated.
"Lord Maylock instructed us not to let anyone near the statue for the time being," Anna yelled back. "If you insist on pushing through, we'll be forced to take stricter action."
"This stupid town of Slumdon really trains its knights poorly! Do you even know this place needs us, the visitors?" another player sneered, pushing against the Knights. Tensions were rising as the players began to shove, clearly not happy with being held back.
Igor unsheathed his sword, his voice firm. "One more step and I'll have you all thrown into jail. Everyone, back off."
"These stupid knights are really testing my patience. If you want a confrontation, I'll give you one!" one player snapped, clearly ready for a fight.
"I don't think that's a good idea. You know their level is high, right?" another player
cautioned.
"Yeah, but this barren, miserable town is really pushing it."
Suddenly, something unexpected happened, silencing the crowd in shock.
"Hey... look!" someone yelled, pointing toward the Gorilla Statue.
"Wait, the statue-it's gone!" others shouted in disbelief.
Igor, Anna, and the other knights turned toward the statue, their faces mirroring the shock of
the crowd. The Gorilla Statue had completely vanished.
"What just happened? Sir Igor, we need to report this to Lord Maylock immediately. This is an
emergency!"
"You stay here, Anna," Igor ordered. "I'll go to the House of Slumdon." With that, he rushed
off, urgency in his steps.
What has happened? Igor's mind raced. Could this be an emergency? I'm worried about Lord Broken. I saw with my own eyes that the statue was a golem. But if it suddenly disappeared, does that
mean...?
