His Lightning Elemental Body successfully advanced from Stage 4 to Stage 5!

With such an accolade on his belt, he reveled in the moment for half an instant before quickly getting right back to the everlasting pursuit of cultivation.

"Even though I could likely erase a small hill off the face of the earth with a single lightning bolt, I am still far from where I want to be," Lucifer mused.

He dawdled no longer as the dark yellow aura permeating the air around his body only continued to intensify with each passing second. It eventually reached a point where it consumed a good chunk of his half of the cave, approaching the brink of something greater!

It wasn't long before the yellow Qi expanded outward before instantaneously being sucked away, marking yet another breakthrough in that moment!

After the immensely powerful, dark yellow energy around Lucifer's body dispersed, the young man in question glanced down at his bare, muscular body.

The first thing he noticed were slight traces of electricity dancing around on the surface of his skin, adding to his already fine aesthetic.

"With this, I have broken through to the 6th Stage of my Lightning Elemental Body," he declared, clenching and unclenching his fists, feeling the immense power coursing through his multi-colored veins.

Following the rough gauging of his strength with a few lightning-quick reflexes, Lucifer quickly understood the true meaning behind the phrase 'Lightning Is The Only Way.' In this moment, he felt like a God of Lightning—a man who was capable of unleashing a barrage of lightning at a moment's notice!

Even though he now indeed possessed such capabilities, Lucifer made sure not to get too conceited and remained cautious. After verifying the extent of his strength, he donned a fresh white shirt and left the cave.

Similar to a certain Super Saiyan, his raven-black hair stood on end, and he had to forcefully smooth it down so as to not attract any unwanted attention to himself.

His hair had also started to take on a dark yellow shade, but his Elemental Body wasn't yet advanced enough to cause a substantial change in hair color. So in the end, he let it be and decided to revisit his memories for a solution after some time.

Despite all these arbitrary distractions, Lucifer passed through the irritating lightning filament and made his way to the adjacent red-lined cave.

"I thought Lightning Was The Only Way, but it seems like I have no choice but to find other ways…" he muttered.

These complex words—originating from a piece of literature beyond words—were followed up by him coming face-to-face with a red filament. And its attitude…

The Filament stopped all movements of energy waves, standing in complete stillness, seemingly seething at the 6th Young Master's brazen attitude.

'Don't worry, boy. I will make sure to drain you of all of Daddy's money!'

A crackly voice faintly echoed from the Fire Filament, clearly indicating that someone was on the other side, controlling everything to his liking.

Lucifer's apathetic voice came out in a soft whisper as he approached an open-fire pool.

Similar to the last Fire Spiritual Pool he had visited, this one had a comparable Qi Density and the same large boulder separator.

Lucifer conserved his breath and irritation, speaking nothing any further as he took off his clothes and sat down in the center of the Fire Spiritual Pool.

Time passed in a very routine manner as the Family Competition drew near.

A total of 11 days had passed since Lucifer entered the Fire Spiritual Pool. During this time, aside from the occasional visit from a maid, he had been doing nothing but cultivating.

With such an industrious mindset, his Fire, Water, Light, Darkness, Shadow, Nature, Earth, Air, Ice, Poison, and Mist Elemental Bodies had all reached Stage 6. Add that to his new Lightning Elemental Body, and he had a grand total of 12 Stage 6 Elemental Bodies!

Naturally, Lucifer's strength had improved by leaps and bounds with all these cultivation improvements nearing the 9th Stage of Qi Condensation in Battle Power!

"With this level of strength, I should be able to easily win the Family Competition. But since I don't necessarily need to win, I will put in minimal effort, all while making it seem like a hard-earned victory. At least, that is probably what I'll do... assuming that no unforeseen circumstances arise..."
