In the end, Kyoya decided to go to the shrine tomorrow.

As for another couple from the husband's party, these two went on the mission with their other friends to which Kyoya could only wish them well as he indeed spent month for his own training.

Josef had his own mission from Lord Aron and he was also willing to push his new labyrinth concept to perfection. As his girlfriend, Maria naturally followed her husband and teamed with other friends.

Thus, it was only the husband and ladies!

"Then, I am off, Xaya. Sleep well."

Since a yandere wife couldn't move at all, she went to sleep while her husband headed to work. She sent him off with her eyes filled with love, then Kyoya exhaled deeply as this meeting won't be as easy as it might seem.

He knocked on Xiaoxiao's doors, then once these opened, Xiaoxiao revealed herself in respectful red clothes that suited the visit to the shrine. She was smiling faintly at the husband, but her orange eyes were lit up in the resolution to pass Akaro's will.

"You look good, Xiaoxiao."

"Thank you. You look dashing too, Kyoya."

"If everything goes well, then I want us to spend a little time in the Grooma Kingdom. You women had gone around for all the fun, but I barely had any of these."

As Xiaoxiao's eyes narrowed softly, she covered her lips with one hand then proposed to go to one restaurant that was cheap for the Grooma Kingdom's standards yet delivered a good quality food.

She giggled while saying so causing Kyoya to just laugh out as well as the nervous mood just got erased by the small talk.

Then, Kyoya did similar action like in the festival. He gave his arm for the lady like the husband he was and left the house with Xiaoxiao while looking like a couple as well. Some whistles and absurd talks rang out when Kyoya passed through the road and main gate in the adventurer party's territories, but he ignored those as people feared one thing in common.

A yandere wife's wrath.

It was only for low floor adventurers, but this alone caused Xiaoxiao to giggle too as her friend indeed was unique on her own!

As the both of them strode through the Grooma Kingdom's streets, Kyoya once again threw his eyes onto Xiaoxiao's clothes. She wore a red, long skirt that covered her legs, then a pleasant sound of red heels constantly rang out within his mind.

Kyoya couldn't see those, but he felt like he had a clear image within his mind as if Xiaoxiao wanted him to see everything. On the top, Xiaoxiao had also a red shirt that was tucked into her skirt. However, as if Xiaoxiao could see through the future, her waist had black belt around it just like the husband's suit.

He himself couldn't see much of this shirt, though.

Not only did Xiaoxiao have her both arms wrapped around his, her usual hair was in a different style as well. There were two, thick braids going over her shoulder to rest on Xiaoxiao's chest!

The husband himself just took the black suit as he felt like any other color wouldn't be appropriate for this meeting.

Both of them went through many shrines, then arrived in Goddess Fiana's Shrine. Her believers were strong and influential in this world pillar, so her shrine could be seen from afar as it had many floors with techniques that only the goddess could touch and pass.

And the worthy, chosen by the believers, could only peek at those to have their desires fueled.

Of course, rather than the goddess, her direct disciples were in charge of this.

"You aren't a believer of our lord, are you?"

When Kyoya wanted to step into the shrine's lands, he got stopped by one of the believers who was in charge here. This believer seemed to be strong, but what could Kyoya say here? This was the ascended kingdom and it would be weird for them to have someone weak. Of course, this believer was around 30th floor strength or possibly more.

Kyoya didn't feel like using his new eye powers as this believer might be sensitive to the energy flow in this land shrouded in his lord's powers.

Though Kyoya's words had power on its own, the believer was in his own land and strength's disparity was indeed there. Some attention was given to the husband, but Kyoya needed more to convince him.

This was when Xiaoxiao's turn came in!

"I am the believer of Goddess Fiana and I can give you enough proof that allowing my friend to come with me will help you in the future."

Xiaoxiao let the husband's arm go, then brought out the spear out of nowhere.

This alone was a statement, but she brought up the flames that thoroughly lit up the whole spear. These flames were soaked in the eternal concept that Goddess Fiana passed to Xiaoxiao.

And this concept was only known from the top branches in the world pillar as they had enough achievements to meet the goddess and continue their paths!

This eternal concept of flames of longevity caused the whole land to shake as well!

"Y-you have… been chosen? Are you a chosen believer? Surely… not…"

It was simply because Xiaoxiao's strength was too weak to be chosen and the believer found it hard for her to have any other means to get the goddess attention. He was kinda wrong here, but the land and his lord don't lie.

After the whole land shook, he knew that guiding Xiaoxiao and Kyoya was the proper path! He shook his believer and shrine robes, then guided the duo with a wide smile plastered on his face.

"That was an amazing deed, Xiaoxiao. Have you felt cool by having the whole ground shook with your words?"

"I have! Haha!"

As Xiaoxiao laughed while feeling proud that she could finally step into the main shrine and seek the proper strength, her eyes also went around the new lands that were in its proper red autumn state.

Of course, Xiaoxiao looked around for believers as well as she knew that this show couldn't have gone without any other eyes peeking at them.

Soon, she spotted a man and woman looking at them from the main shrine. They were on the highest floor, their eyes lit up with different emotions.

Kyoya also could see them and so… he extended his hand to wrap it around Xiaoxiao's waist to make some statement.

"Kyoya, I am not going anywhere. You are my party leader."

"They might use some other means… I know that you wouldn't be bribed with money and other treasures, Xiaoxiao. This is a statement that you are with me."

"Yes, I like this… statement."

The answer was whispered so quietly Kyoya barely could hear it, but more than this, another 'crack' spread across his heart and so he nodded and brought Xiaoxiao even closer to himself.

"This is a respectful land, not a date spot."

Then, one of the believers spoke. He was the one whose eyes looked below onto the husband from the highest floor! He arrived below kinda quickly and so Kyoya put a guard, but the Goddess Fiana's candles already lit up upon Kyoya and Xiaoxiao's arrival.

This alone froze the rest of the believers as they respectfully bowed and knelt.

Xiaoxiao did the same, her warmth assimilating with the hot floor.

As for the husband, he closed his eyes as he slightly bowed. It was time to see… what kind of reaction the goddess will have the moment she hears the news!
