Kyoya was currently in a land submerged within garden flowers. Those garden flowers were left to nature as sunrays seemed to be their best caretaker. Those flowers fluttered slightly as he passed while dazzling with longevity and freshness.

It seemed like only the master of this place could touch these and so their swaying forms continued to dance around the husband.

He was strolling his way toward the vast mansion up ahead while looking around on the stone monuments that described voluptuous ladies. Those ladies were also unique at times as they either had snake heads or snake tails instead of their legs.

Their skin was covered in scales in a few places, but Kyoya's favorite part of women was left unscathed. Only scales could go around these, but it added a new kind of charm that he was somewhat charmed by.

One could say it was the fantasy beauty that he was bound to see more in the future and maybe even feel it! Though Kyoya laughed at the thought of feeling every kind of beauty as it would be just plain impossible for him. He was someone who took things slowly and if something happened between him and the opposite gender, then he would do his best to keep the things warm for eternity.

Thus, Kyoya just laughed, but his eyes were going around those monuments with interest. He also tried to imagine those statues as alive, but it was hard for the husband to imagine and so he just shrugged when the mansion's doors unfolded before his eyes.

There was no one around him or at least the husband couldn't feel any presence. His hand then went up to knock on the doors.

"Come in, husband."

"Ugh… It is slowly becoming a problem."

"Don't everyone call you like that? Haha~~ Even some idiots within the kingdom call you that, I heard it."

"I don't really care when others use this, but if it's you or someone with higher status then things somewhat become problematic."

"Oh, please."

The leader, Marcia, was already below when Kyoya reached the doors. She was the one to open these for him which was rare. But the husband wasn't aware of that and he just thanked and greeted her afterward.

Of course, she was coming back from somewhere, so this was a pure coincidence, but many people would find such a fact somewhat prideful or just be happy about it. Not only was a beautiful leader opening up the doors, she was also one of the strongest adventurers in The Grooma Kingdom!

Kyoya just followed her casually to the office, then his eyes went wide upon stepping in. It was because the office was looking like her bedroom with the emperor size bed on the left. There was a desk and two chairs on the right side, but most of the room could be actually called her bedroom.

"I have seen those eyes so many times."

"Ah, well… It's your room, so you are free to decorate it whatever you want. I feel like I wouldn't be brave enough to invite important people to such a room, but it shows much about you."

"Go ahead, husband. Say it out loud."

"It shows how honest you are to yourself and… that you wouldn't lie to the other person… That's what I get."

It was satisfying answer as Marcia gestured the husband to take a seat eagerly after melting into her own. She also put out her legs onto the desk which felt too carefree yet Kyoya didn't comment on it, but just smiled.

Her current outfit began with heel knee boots and dress that exposed a little of her thighs. It struck closely to Marcia's curvaceous body outlining her curves flawlessly. On the top, her chest was covered, but Kyoya could see a pale red tinge on her shoulders.

His eyes were still… rather normal.

"Husband, did someone castrate you?"

"W-what?! No way! No way… But I know where you are coming from… You see, leader… Ugh, it's just a temporary problem."

"I was thinking why would your wife let you go alone here. And here I see rather emotionless eyes, but no way I lost my charm, hmm?"

"Of course, of course. I would find it problematic too if I were in a normal state!"

"Uhum~~, uhum~~. Husband has already an easy path. If you get better at sweet talking, then every woman who calls you the husband will be within your reach."

"Leader too?"

"Ask me this when you return to your former state."

"It might be too hard by then! Haha!"

"Haha~~ Then I will remind you about this meeting."

"Ha...ha…"

The husband just laughed and scratched the back of his head when he saw her eyes narrowing with a tease. She probably would call him out next to Xaya while knowing that she would redirect her attention to him!

Otherwise, even the leader wouldn't really wish to comfort a yandere wife after that small incident! What happened when Xaya went mad with her power was a deep secret within her and Rosa's heart!

Then, Marcia reached for some bottles of drinks. She passed one to husband and spoke about the call in a manner that wasn't so leader-like. Instead, it felt like it was a talk between two friends and Kyoya couldn't help but feel closer with her.

"When you went to the mission, someone attacked you, right?"

"I fought against many people, but there were adventurers from your party."

"Oh, describe them."

Kyoya spoke about scales that appeared on the adventurers that he fought. Those scales were different to the monuments Kyoya saw on his way here, so he was speaking about these without any fear.

And when Marcia heard about it, she nodded in agreement, then chewed more on her long pipe. It appeared in the blink of an eye within her hand, so it took a while for the husband to even notice that she began smoking!

"They attacked you after you beat the pyromaniacs?"

"Yes."

"And you won, the husband?"

"Yes, I won thanks to Josef's technique. He also works with your party members-"

"I know, I know, the husband… Hmm~~"
