Chapter 331  Aftermath of the battle!

A little later, the dark flames vanished leaving nothing but charred remains as hot whisps of smoke emanated from the ground.

Ning Zhilian slightly narrowed her eyes "We have killed the rebels but there are still many other people from the clan and sects. What shall we do about them?"

Hugging Zahra Ashante in his arms, Zhao Tian shrugged "We have to destroy the sects and the clans too..."

"Hmm." Ning Zhilian gave a contemplative nod and *woosh* at this time, wearing regal robes and hiding her face with a veil, Ning Xue floated to the battlefield.

She was quite puzzled looking at the charred battlefield and her gaze fell on Ning Zhu who was immobile on the ground.

The Ling women and the people from the Golden Flame Sect bowed their heads in respect "Your Majesty."

Seeing her, Zahra Ashante pulled back from the hug and went behind Zhao Tian "Uhh..."

Ning Xue gave a faint nod of approval and everyone raised their heads.

This is the same artifact Ning Xue used during the tournament to broadcast the matches to the whole of Zhenzhu which belongs to Freya Everglade.

Is she going to broadcast something?

*flick* The transparent screens which were placed around all of Zhezhu which is only used for tournament broadcasts suddenly lit up.

The people present in the Royal capital were not much surprised because they were all alerted about the situation in the Palace.

However, the people out of the Royal capital were startled to see the transparent screens lighting up, which usually light up every 20 years for the tournament broadcasting.

Soon, the screen shone and everyone could see the charred battlefield and their Queen Ning Xue.

With a calm tone, Ning Xue began to speak "All people of Zhenzhu, this is your Queen of the Royal family, the Empress of Zhenzhu."

"I am sure you all remember the coup that happened 35 years ago which almost destroyed the royal family and in the end, the rebels that day were killed."

"The same thing happened today too. Some Sects and Clans within Zhenzhu have allied together and tried to reenact the coup."

Ning Xue raised her hand and the numb body of Ning Zhu floated near her and came into view on the screen so that everyone could watch.

*thrissh* In the next instant, Ning Zhu's body burned in Golden flames and her anguish screams echoed through the whole of Zhenzhu.

The people shivered in fear looking at the cold face of Ning Xue as she casually roasted Ning Zhu in burning golden flames.

"The only reason, I left you live till now is because I want to kill you by myself."

Ning Zhilian let out a sigh of relief and wrapped her arm around Ning Zuiye who was standing beside her.

Ning Zuiye hugged her back "Now, I am satisfied... Big Sister."

She then turned her eyes to Zhao Tian who was hugging Ling Huang and Zahra Ashante in his embrace 'All because of him.'

Chuckling to herself, she reached out and pinched his ear pulling him to her "Rogue, are you going to tell me... how many are there?"

Zahra Ashante quickly tapped away Ning Zhilian's hand "Bitch, why are you hurting Tian?"

Bitch? Ning Zhilian's heart fueled in anger and Yu Hua gave a bonk on Zahra Ashante's head from behind "Do you know who she is, you bitch."

Zahra Ashante rubbed her head and snorted "I don't care..."

Ling Huang who was also hugging him, spoke "Sister Zahra, she is Queen Xue's older sister. Ning Zhilian."

Zahra Ashante was amused "I see..."

Zhao Tian was quite amazed, Zahra Ashante and Ling Huang quickly became friends.

With that the broadcast ended and Ning Xue retracted the crystal back into her storage ring.

So she gave some time for them to surrender and if they didn't surrender after two hours, death sentence.

Meanwhile, all of this is happening within Zhenzhu, "HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" a burst of evil laughter echoed through the mountains shaking the forest and ground.

A 10 meter tall figure is floating in the air and he doesn't look like a normal human.

His face is mutated like a wolf's head and has fur all over his body.

He laughed sinisterly "Kikiki... after all these years, I have finally got this inheritance."
