Samuel went back to see what the fuss was about only to find them immersed in a small party. Adele, Kate, and Nicole found themselves gathered in the living room after finishing the meal with wine glasses on their hand. For some reason, the atmosphere was much more harmonious and even Nicole joined them drinking her worries away.

" Something good must have happen when I was away right?" He thought before joining them. The small cottage was soon filled with the sound of laughter and the clinking of glasses as Adele, Kate, Nicole, and Samuel gathered for a cozy evening together. The air was charged with an undeniable energy, each of them acutely aware of the growing tension simmering just beneath the surface except Samuel.

As Adele poured another round of drinks, her gaze lingered on Samuel, a subtle smile playing at the corners of her lips. There was something magnetic about him, something that drew her in with an irresistible pull.

Kate watched Adele's subtle interactions with Samuel, a flicker of jealousy igniting in her chest. She tried to push the feeling aside, reminding herself that Adele was his girlfriend, among the one that known him the longest, but the spark of desire refused to be extinguished.

Nicole, meanwhile, couldn't tear her eyes away from Samuel, her heart pounding in her chest at the sight of him. There was an undeniable chemistry between them, an unspoken connection that left her breathless with anticipation.

It was the effect of their earlier conversation and due to her being drunk that she couldn't control her feelings. Seeing Adele and Kate sitting side by side to him urged her that she should do the same.

As the evening wore on, the tension in the room continued to mount, each of them struggling to contain their desires beneath a facade of casual conversation. But the heat between them was undeniable, a palpable force that threatened to consume them all.

Finally, unable to resist any longer, Adele leaned in closer to Samuel, her voice low and sultry as she whispered in his ear. "Why don't we take this somewhere more private?"

Samuel's breath caught in his throat at Adele's words, his pulse quickening with excitement but he also knew that it was not right for them to indulge currently. It was better to get her to bed before it escalated further.

Without a word, he took her hand and led her away, leaving Kate and Nicole alone in the flickering candlelight.

Kate turned to Nicole, her heart pounding in her chest as she watched them leave. "I don't know about you, but I can't take this anymore," she admitted, her voice barely above a whisper.

" Wait! I am coming too!" She immediately got up and followed them upstairs leaving Nicole behind. They could clearly see Adele swinging around trying to close the distance between her and him.

She been meaning to kiss him and in the end, he couldn't do anything but to oblige. In that moment, as their bodies tangled together in a haze of desire, the simmering tension between them could no longer be denied.

Half an hour ago when Samuel was conversing with Apollo. They too were in a deep conversation.

Adele and Kate were sober only downing two glasses while Nicole did the same the only difference was even those little quantity was enough for her to spill her guts out. It was mainly because Kate wanted her to say it in front of Adele what she told her earlier about her wanting to get away from him.

Adele listened to her and after clasping her hand said," Silly girl, why didn't you tell me this before?" Unlike what drunken Nicole expected, Adele wasn't angry but felt betrayed that Nicole kept this secret for so long.

Kate on the other hand blamed Adele for not figuring out soon. The truth was Adele knew long ago but wanted Nicole to come to grip with her situation. She couldn't say it outright in hope that it would embarrass her friend.

" Should we do something to smooth things up?" Kate whispered to Adele. Kate was still a stranger to her but with Adele's help they could clearly achieve the desired result.

" What about Sami? Did you feel anything from him?" Adele nodded before asking.

" Young master? Young master!...whooo..." Instead to answering, Nicole started sobbing. It took them few minutes to get her to calm down.

" For being a smart person, he really is dense when it comes to these things." Adele berated him openly. Kate nodded along leaving her own remark which seemed to calm Nicole down.

They discussed for few more minutes ultimately coming to the conclusion that there must be something beside who wouldn't like the little maid? The alcohol played a big part in their judgement along with Nicole's willingness to go along with it.

She just wanted to get it out of her system as soon as possible leading to Adele surmising her ultimate plan!

" Okay, hear me out. We can sneak Nicole into the bedroom blindfolded, and maybe Sami won't even notice." She reported excitedly.

" Adele, are you serious? That sounds like a terrible idea. What if he catches us?" Kate didn't like this approach. Not only was it unethical and deceptive, it could lead to their strained relationship!

" Yeah, I don't know about this, guys. What if it backfires and makes things even more awkward?" Nicole accurate came to the same conclusion despite slurring her words.

" But Nicole, we have to do something! We can't just let this tension linger forever."

" Maybe we should just talk to Samuel together, lay everything out on the table." Kate added. It was better to come clean and listen what he had to say. He was the ultimate beneficiary to this whole ordeal right?

" I don't know if I'm ready for that..." Nicole was hesitant.

" We'll support you, Nicole. There is no reason to feel bad about it!"

" Alright, But can we please leave the blindfold out of it? I am not sure about it." Nicole didn't want to have her way by lying to him.

" Look, I get it, it's a bit extreme. But we can't keep dancing around this forever. Nicole, you've got to admit how you feel, and Kate and I are here to help you." Adele urged again. For some reason she was adamant that her plan would work.

" I'm just worried about making things awkward between us. What if young master doesn't feel the same way?"

" We won't know until we do it. And whatever happens, we'll figure it out together."

" Alright, I will play along but don't blame me for not warning you guys." In the end, Kate agreed to help.

" Alright, you're right. I will listen to you." In her drunken stupor she made a choice.

" Absolutely. We'll handle it."

When Nicole saw them leaving together, she steeled herself to do it. If something were to go wrong, at least she wouldn't have any lingering regret!

Only later when she woke up the next day and remembered the fragments of what happened last night did she understood how stupid she was! There was no wonder why Amanda always told her to stay away from drinking. She unpacked her hidden feelings and even made a pact!

The only question was, would they remember what they talked about or was she able to sweep everything under the rug?
