Chapter 266 – Journey and Mei

A few days later, Zhao Yichen once again bickered with the plant inside his Cultivation Space.

'I never said I wanted to eat her!' The voice said indignantly.

'Bullshit! The first time you saw her you were already sneaking outside my body!' Zhao Yichen refuted her.

'Why do you want to kill me, you bastard?! I even fulfilled your anal fantasies!' The voice cried out, making Zhao Yichen speechless.

'You were the one saying that you wanted to eat her!' He completely ignored the latter part of her sentence with a cough.

'Everyone knows that if you go against 'THAT' Bloodline, you will have an unsightly death!' The voice was almost crying. 'I don't want to die so young! I also want to find someone who would love me!'

Zhao Yichen's lips twitched. He never saw her acting so cowardly.

And he also never saw her actually crying...

'If someone asks you if I wanted to eat her you have to answer no, alright?' The voice pleaded.

And he absolutely never saw her plead!

'Is she that scary?' Zhao Yichen couldn't help, but ask.

The voice clicked her tongue. 'In that case, I will just die.' It was better to die and reincarnate, maybe she would be forgiven for that transgression.

Zhao Yichen was stunned. She always clung to life desperately, but all of a sudden she didn't need to live? What the hell is wrong with that Fox that it would make her say that?!

Zhao Yichen glanced towards the small sleeping Fox, but the moment he did, the others stared at him.

He blushed, looking away. They were real beauties...

"Packed everything?" The Blood Fox asked her teammates.

The others nodded. Everyone agreed that they should leave this place behind! Why? Because they were bothered by his gaze, especially when he looked at Aiko.

'We need to protect Aiko from perverts.' They all agreed on this point.

The team left, leaving Zhao Yichen alone. He sighed gently.

'It's your fault, you know that?' The voice snorted at him.

'Shut up.' He would not acknowledge that fact.

The voice 'shook' her head and rested once again. It's already been 30 days since she last ate, but none should underestimate the life force of a plant! She can easily go for much longer.

The team walked away. Aiko was currently in her big form and they wanted to stay before she turned small, but they just couldn't bear that gaze.

"Hmmmm." Yuxi stared towards the Blood Fox.

"What's wrong?" The Blood Fox tilted her head.

"Aiko sleeps more peacefully during sunny days..." Yuxi pointed at Aiko who was happily snoozing on the Blood Fox's back.

The Blood Fox could not look back and check. She already had trouble keeping her mind in check, but since she was technically the weakest and also the one with defensive abilities...

Yeah, she had to carry Aiko to protect her.

They walked through the forest, and the twins were sensitive to danger, which allowed them to avoid all of that.

They walked on plains, across rivers and a few smaller mountains. It was a peaceful journey...

After 100 days, they arrived at the general location of the Fox Village, but they all paused.

"Aren't we in trouble if Mei sees Aiko like that...?" Wanshu asked the duo and their bodies stiffened.

""Let's camp here."" They both agreed on this part.

They looked around to find a hidden place, with plenty of sunshine, so that Aiko could sleep peacefully during the day.

"Her complexion recovered greatly." Yuxi gently nudged the sleeping Aiko and she murmured something back.

"Don't tease her too much. She needs to recover or we can't enter the Fox Village." The Blood Fox scolded Yuxi for her behaviour.

Yuxi was a bit restless, both she and Wanshu wanted to pounce on each other, but since they were the strongest; they had to hold back.

This in turn made them quite frustrated, which made the Blood Fox happy.

'Yes, suffer! Know the pain of singles!' The Blood Fox laughed in her mind and the mocking aura from her body spread.

Yuxi and Wanshu always stared at the Blood Fox's bosom, since it looked quite appetising.

'Not as much as big Aiko's' Yuxi thought.

The Grandmaster shook her head and gently massaged Mei's shoulders. "If you worry even more you might as well go outside." She sighed.

Mei waited while enjoying the massage. "So what's the news?"

"The joined alliance fought against the Fiendish Cultivators." The Grandmaster smiled. "It's said that there were 2 black foxes, one red fox and one terrifying Goddess."

"Some independent Foxes?" Mei tilted her head. If it was 1 black fox and a red Fox with something terrifying, she would understand, but Aiko would definitely not befriend anyone from the team that pursued them.

"It's said that the Fox was very beautiful with ample bosom." The Grandmaster was holding in laughter from listening to Mei's inner thoughts.

"How was the negotiation?" Mei asked, diverting her attention.

"It was good. In a few years, there will be the last session with the leaders where they decide when to open 'that' Secret Realm for the Sects. We are included." The Grandmaster smiled.

"How many positions?" Mei narrowed her eyes.

"50 for our Village, 20-100 for other Sects." The Grandmaster explained.

"We are in the middle?" Mei didn't believe that.

"No. The Sect Leader had to step back and allow 50, so that other Sects could choose their partners." The Grandmaster for some reason was happy, listening to Mei's thoughts.

'Shitty bastards believe that we will give them a mile.' Mei had a murderous expression.

"It's not really an issue, but it will be followed by a Tournament." The Grandmaster said gently.

"Tournament, huh?" Mei sighed.

"Not only fighting tournaments." The Grandmaster added and Mei pursed her lips.

"Maybe I should speed up, teaching Aiko about alchemy..." Mei chuckled darkly. They would rob all those Sects of their resources with her and Aiko's might.

Moreover, if Aiko's team is strong enough, they should also get a decent place during the fighting part of the Tournament.

"I will do my best to teach them." The Grandmaster chuckled sinisterly.

"Don't overdo it with Aiko. She needs enough stamina for Alchemy." Mei warned the Grandmaster gravely.

She suddenly ducked as Mei's Divine Sense almost smashed into her.

"How scary~" The Grandmaster ran away while giggling loudly, annoying Mei even more.

"Who is in love?!" Mei snorted unhappily. Aiko was very attached to her, which was good. 'She would be a loyal and powerful servant.' Mei hummed gently, looking forward to the 'terrifying Goddess'.

"Yeah, right... a bunch of perverts." Mei snorted in disdain. Aiko was not old enough to think about it, yet they dubbed her as 'Goddess'?! Over her dead body!
