Chaos Evolution: Only I Was Granted 3 Wishes

Chapter 245: The Golden Order!

Was the Plektorian galaxy truly as simple as it seemed?

Well, of course there were the anti-celestials, the self-entitled, selfish bastards whose sole goal was their benefits. So it wasn't as safe as Draco made it seem with all of his devouring tendencies.

Though it seemed like the anti-celestials hunted down the devourers, it was all to keep up appearances. But there was a reason they weren't able to do whatever they wanted on all planets.

That reason was the Golden Order, as mystical as its name seemed, it wasn't some kind of entity or will but an organization.

The golden order was the equivalent of the police in the Plektorian galaxy, and what was even more terrifying was the fact that it was merely the branch of something greater.

Wherever their headquarters were or their leaders were, they've never made an appearance in Plektoria, well, at least none that the celestials knew off.

But, it didn't stop the fear it gave to others. Their real powerhouses could be far stronger than World Celestial for all one knew, so they weren't to be messed with.

The golden order was the organization that kept the true celestials and stronger individuals in check, it was also full of mysterious beings whose authorities were specialized on sniffing out criminals.

While devourers could hide away and slowly proceed to go up ranks, sooner or later, they would be found and hunted down by the golden order.

But, they gave priority to those who were truly dangerous—the ones who wreaked havoc all around and whose influence ran far and wide.

The first and most important were the organizations, and the most annoying of them were the anti-celestials; that is the reason why they were forced to form an oath with them. When such a thing was done, the anti-celestials couldn't act as nonchalantly as they first did and started thinking a thousand times before performing an action.

However, when it came to threats like Gambino, they had to deal with it in another way. Those… needed to be exterminated once and for all.

The tricky thing was, the true celestials and stronger individuals were truly immortal, and even if they sealed them, they couldn't be sealed forever. Not even the oh-so-mighty golden order could kill them once and for all, and this formed a cycle where a devourer would die, return, and commit more hideous crimes than they've ever done.

What was a hundred thousand years for someone who've lived for millions of years? it was like a year for a mortal.

But, at least, their progress would be reset and they wouldn't become an ever bigger threat.

"Gambino Giavelli, He caused the destruction of millions of planets yet always managed to escape, never dying by our hands." Within a hidden realm somewhere in the plektorian galaxy, a round table equipped with advanced technology was surrounded by a group of 5 beings.

In one of the holograms raised in the middle of the table, the image of Gambino burning the last planet he was in while holding his hat to his chest and his cane forward was displayed for all to see.

"He's suspected to be a transmigrator because he managed to rise faster than most and his affinity with fire is completely ridiculous even for a greater celestial." One of the beings who was explaining and stating all the informations they had about Gambino said.

"He's currently still located within this planet. Due to some inconveniences caused by the citizens there, it seems like he didn't continue with his usual antics of playing a merchant until the world was destroyed by itself and went on to do it himself."

"How should we proceed from here, Chief Danieli?" And the parole was given to one of the elders who was sitting with a terrifying aura emitted unconsciously from him.

He was wearing a dark blue uniform with a black cape that fell all the way down, on his head was a hat that looked similar to a regular policeman, but, it looked phenomenal on such a respect-worthy man.

"Leave him be." He said.

"Very well." Not questioning anything, the one who was explaining nodded and moved on.

"Next is this newly rising devourer. Information about him is little and we can't seem to locate him. The only thing we know is that wherever he appears, a world goes missing in but a few days. At the rate he is going at, he might become a high celestial in but a few thousand years."

"A few thousand years?" One of the three others present in this meeting dimension exclaimed in shock.

"Yes. His speed is phenomenal for a lesser celestial, but we are sure he's not a high celestial yet." The man informed.

"What else do you know about him?" Chief Daniel, whose interest was picked, asked.

"All we know is that he is able to kill high celestials and won a war against 9 of them alone." The man found his own words ridiculous, but he forced himself to speak.

"Oho? I see. Leave him be." The chief stated, but this time, his face had a smile.

"What is his bounty?" the chief suddenly asked.

"55 billion golden coins, chief." The man replied.

"What about that merchant guy?"

"25 trillion."

"55 billion is too little, make it 3 trillion."

"Very well."

On the hologram that had images of worlds Draco had previously visited, a dark figure whose purpose was to identify Draco, had a bounty next to it.

The number which stated 55 billion had changed to 3 trillion, and right above it was the name the organization had given Draco.

'Unknown Enigma, was it?' the chief looked at the hologram that had changed to their next target and thought to himself as a smile was plastered on his face.

'How long has it been since a truly interesting target was found?' He thought to himself. It was getting boring, the constant plans he had and divinations always worked. He always managed to find a way nobody expected to catch the criminals and seldom failed… but him, he was different.

'Don't disappoint me now.'
