Chapter 181: Blessed by Chaos!
When Draco came back once again, the couple were ready both ways, and the child was nervously looking at Draco while hiding behind his father.
"I see you've done what I told you to do; let me take a look." Draco's green eyes turned abyssal. A single look at the stomach of the mother made him smile.
"You might have a special constitution that allows you to give birth to talent; had this little one been slightly better, I might have chosen her. Well, good for Leona." Draco shook his head while looking back at the parents.
"Let us move." Draco spread his will over the family of three, or rather, four now, and teleported away.
The project of training Palkus will take 8 years, which is not too long for Draco, and it was the perfect time to bless the youngling as this would guarantee fast growth and protection from Draco.
And so, the training arc began for the upcoming Monarch of Portalia.
----------
While all of this passed, Draco and Leona were sitting in the same place, only 4 hours having passed since Draco told Leona about who he wanted to bless.
"Alright, It's done, the parents of the little goman I chose to bless have managed to create another talent." Draco shuckled. Indeed they've come so far that they're now speaking of life and birth as if it was business.
"Are you serious?" Leona raised her eyebrows at what she just heard.
"Yeah, it seems your blessed one and mine will be siblings." With a smile Draco replied, amused at the absurdity of the matter they were speaking about.
"Haha, I don't even know what to say anymore." Leona just laughed, looking back at the sky, the view was entrancing, time passed like a breeze, they couldn't even feel it, was this what eternity felt like?
Soon, another 10 days passed, this was the day Leona managed to bless Palkus' sister, Antita.
Draco has somewhere along the line changed spots to the edge of the tower, once again looking down at the world, while Leona, traversed the ocean of the 100th floor waiting for time to pass.
The burden and training of Antita was left for Draco, the parents too excited to ascend the tower, left everything to him and went away, the young child was now under the complete care of her race's lord and benefactor.
This relationship caught Draco off guard. When the little fella, who was now 20 years old and on his journey, was still under his tutelage, he spent most of his time with his parents when he had no lecture, wasn't training, and was in the process of gaining some genetic improvements Draco messed with. However, this little one spent every waking second with Draco, from the day she was born, to now.
The affection that was awakened within Draco was killing him from the inside; sometimes he had plans of just disintegrating that little doll, but... he couldn't. No matter how he prepared himself, no matter how suffocated he felt, no matter how angry he became, a single look from those eyes, and he melted.
'I'll let her live for another day.' Draco couldn't even remember the number of times his mind rang out with these same words; it happened over and over until he found himself neglecting his research and playing with her.
"Uncle Draco, Uncle Draco, you look so pretty!" A young goman doll wearing a black dress that accentuated her cuteness jumped while clapping as she looked at Draco.
Her sunken abyss eyes that matched her black hair were smiling widely, like her mouth.
Draco just stood there, his butt on the floor of a garden he made within the dimension as he looked absent minded, his hand on his cheek and pink hair clips all over his hair.
'I am seriously in trouble.' He thought.
He was defeated... For the first time ever, he was completely and utterly defeated...
He looked at this tiny cluster of chubbiness and cuteness, her smile lighting up the garden as his heart once again felt as if pure lava were poured on it. It was to the point where Draco caught his chest and wiped his mouth, fearing that bloud might have seeped out somehow.
'She's... too dangerous.' were the words that passed through his mind.
The green garden wasn't large; it was just a small world of sorts that Draco created based on the heart of the cursed forest, with a single tree in the middle as a lake passed behind it and flowers of all colors decorating the area.
"Hey, Uncle Draco..." Suddenly, Antita came closer to Draco and put her hands on Draco's knees.
"What is it?" Draco asked, putting his cold front that was getting slowly but surely washed away.
"Can I... Can I call you dad?"
*Fwshhh*
The wind's breeze passed through the garden, becoming the only source of noise. Antita looked at Draco with puppy eyes, awaiting a response; however, no matter how long she waited, she got none.
"Um... Uncle Draco?" The little doll tilted her head as she poked Draco's cheek, seeing as he wasn't moving.
"Huh? Wh- what did you just say?" Draco came to himself, opened his eyes wide open and asked, not sure if he heard right.
"Hmph. I said, Can.I.Call.You.Dad?" Antita, who was slightly annoyed that Draco didn't hear her, flared her nostrils, and then she slowly repeated her words.
"Don't joke around; you have your own parents, and I'm not your dad." Draco sighed and shook his head, refusing her offer calmly.
"No! they're not my parents. They only ever cared about my brother and they didn't give me any attention. You're the only one who cared about me. You're my true dad!" Antita launched herself at Draco, shouting with all her force.
Draco looked at the lump of cuteness hugging him with red eyes and sighed once again.
