Beneath the Dragoneye Moons is my first writing effort, so please be kind, but don’t hesitate to point out the flaws. The story starts off slowly, more like a slice of life than action-adventure, but it gets there!I’m going to be posting M-W-FI do know how the story ends, and I promise if it ever gets dropped, or I stop doing this, I will post the ending. There will be no random “this is the last chapter” out of the blue. Collapse Character Growth, Elemental Magic, Fantasy World, Female Protagonist, Game Elements, Healers, Magic, R-18, Sword And Magic, Weak to Strong, LitRPG Is this LN worth reading? I would so NOPE. MC swears a binding oath to the gods of the universe to "NEVER do any harm" and is only going to be a healer. This is a world where you people kill each other and monsters can come an wipe out towns and cities. So, doing no harm means that she will have to FORCE everyone else to defend her and protect her because she is just going to let people kill her or monsters rip her head off. On top of that this is a LN about women with no rights. They can't own anything and can't be a part of society and aren't considered citizens of their own countries. who f#cked up the chapters there are now like 100+ repeat chapters now there is 6 more repeat chapters Great novel. Amazing writing, great side characters and a very likable protagonist with a well established personality. Spoilers below this:...There is also a massive plot twist later on which is masterfully done, with clear foreshadowing. Common theme in this novel, the plot twists are always really good. The only issues I really have is that the story drags a bit around the parts regarding the elves and the dwarves, although they have clear highlights too. The brief interludes are a big miss too, as they have very little to do with current events in the novel, and only act as setup for a later arc. This Novel is completely magnificent, although it may appear slow at first, you will see that the story fully fleshes out a vivid image. Something that appeals to me personally is the amazing Foreshadowing, the amount of times you realize that something that is currently happening was mentioned in the past are actually astounding. Another aspect of this novel is the nearly endless possibilities that open up as the story goes on are numerous. And as if to complete a masterpiece, the characters are lively and seem realistic in many aspects. To conclude, although the story may not appeal to you in the first few chapters, I implore you to continue reading and see your mistaken view of the story. MC seems to be naive and grounded to reality for a fantasy/system novel. you just contradicted yourself. Naive and grounded to reality are two opposing characteristics. Which one is it? MC is naively idealistic and hopeful whereas its a fantasy genre but too realistic and it creates discord between the story and MC. ah. got it. I am 20 chaps in and this is nothing like I had thought it would be. I can't say if it's good or bad because this isn't the kind of novel I usually like to enjoy. I am totally discovering for the 1st time a non cold hearted, pragmatic and Scinic MC. I usually read novels where by chap 20 MC has already engaged in "cold hearted MC stuff" so this one really is a 1st for me Mc kid. Spoileri would'nt waste my time in this if i were you, the mc mental age seems to regress from a adult to kid and stay a kid forever, no character delelopment at all. Also, she trust people too easily, like when she gained the power to give immortality, she started telling everyone that she knows ( despite the elves and the vampire warning that she should stay quiet about the skill...) Just sounds like a wish fulfillment LN of a "DO NO HARM" healer. Truthfully I don't know why anyone would read past chapter 19 where the MC swears a binding oath to the gods of their universe that they would NEVER do any harm. Your comment just cements the reason not to read this LN even more.
