Almighty Summoner System

Two pairs of eyes were eyeing Ban ever since he left the blackmarket. 

They were the two people who he bought the Beast Cores from. 

They were following Ban ever since he left the blackmarket. It was not because he just bought three Beast Cores, but because he bought the three Beast Cores from them. 

This was their scheme. 

They will try to sell the precious Beast Cores they got and then rob the person who bought it afterwards. 

Of course, they try to target customers who look wealthy and weak, and alone. 

And even in the blackmarket where everyone tries to hide their identity, Ban's outfit was easy to spot amongst the crowd. 

With his white cloak and red mask, it was not a question why he was targeted by the two of them. 

Unfortunately, the moment they think they baited Ban, they did not expect that he was actually quite strong. At least, the vibes he gives off tells them that. Especially when they try to look at his eyes, they would instantly feel fear even though they are already at the E-Elite Rank, including their Monsters. 

After Ban left after buying the Beast Cores for cheap prices which they deliberately lowered, the two instantly regret it. They were having trouble whether to continue their plan and rob him or just risk it and try to recover at least one Beast Core from him. 

In the end, the two of them chose the second option. 

If they don't recover those Beast Cores, they would surely lose a huge amount of Gold Coins. After all, it was not easy obtaining those Beast Cores.

And so, with their identities hidden behind their mask, they courageously went ahead of Ban and intercepted him midway through his way out of the blackmarket. 

With two daggers as their defensive weapon, they blocked Ban's way along with their Monster Summons, a Volcanic Goat and an Earth Koala.

Ban stared at the two of them and found their clothes familiar. 

He frowned at them behind his mask but was not very surprised. After all, he has been alert since the beginning so he was certainly aware that there were two people who were following him but later disappeared. 

He thought that it was just a coincidence but seeing the two of them now, he now understood what was going on. Instead of disappearing, the proper way to call it was that they just went ahead of him. 

"Hand over the Beast Cores and we will let you live!" 

The owner of the Volcanic Goat said threateningly as he pointed his dagger towards Ban. 

The Volcanic Goat was as big as a normal goat. It has a black and white pattern and a beard under its chin. The only difference was the huge lump on it's back that seemed to be oozing with black smoke, it was as if fire was about to burst from it at any moment. 

On the other side, was the Earth Koala. It was hanging on the leg of its owner and its back was full of earth-like spikes. 

The two of them, although not the best, were still battle type monsters. They have battle related skills, hence the two of them became confident in confronting Ban who was obviously stronger than them just by the aura he was giving off. However, in the end, two was still better than one. 

Ban shook his head upon hearing those classic lines. He seemed to have read something similar from one of the books in the public library before.

However, now that he looked at it carefully, he now recalled why he found these two clothes familiar. He realized that the two of them were the sellers of the Beast Cores he just bought for cheap prices. 

The reason why he was able to tell that it was them was mainly because of their Summons. Pretty dumb for them to hide their face but not their Summons. 

Ban looked around and noticed that the place was chosen properly. It was very quiet around here and there seemed to be no one around at this moment. A perfect place for them to do shady things. 

Ban frowned yet again after this. He seemed to recall that this was not the same route he and Joana had taken before. At least, he did not notice this abandoned place from back then. 

Ignoring that for now, Ban reached under his cloak and took the Poisonous Butterfly Dagger from the Dimensional Storage Earring. 

It might be the perfect place for them to rob him but the same could be said for their situation. 

In the end, it only matters who will become the victor. The victor will be able to decide who's going to rob who. 

"Eva, one Summoner each?" Ban whispered to Eva who was sitting elegantly on his shoulder. 

Eva immediately stood up the moment she heard that. She nodded her head calmly before stretching her four arms together, getting ready to battle. 

"Good, I'll take the one who got the Earth Koala while you take Volcanic Goat, alright?" Ban whispered again.

Eva nodded her head, signifying that she understood. 

Seeing her reply, Ban no longer wasted any time as he immediately ran forward, using the skill snake rush at the same time. 

The two enemies were startled by their sudden actions. Usually, their prey would try to come in terms with them, some even shivered in fear as they handed them the Beast Cores back. 

However, the prey in front of them right now seems to be different than the rest. After a brief pause since they expressed their intentions, the other party immediately attacked, not wasting any breath on them. 

Seeing them approach like that, the two of them immediately retreated while leaving their Monsters behind. 

As they retreated, they also gave orders for their summons to attack.

At the exact same moment they retreated, Ban instantly arrived with the Snake Rush Skill. 

Eva jumped off his shoulder and with a flap of her wings, she arrived in front of the Volcanic Goat in an instant.
