"Kid, why do you look so excited right now?" Cedric blinked as he noticed his excited expression. Keith continued to grin, "Of course I'm happy. Why wouldn't I be?"

"..." You're way too happy. Cedric and Dalen looked at one another. That was something they knew for sure. Keith was a walking beam of light. And they weren't going to stop this! Whenever he came in like this, it usually meant something good! 

And they were right. The man started to write on the board again. That caused the customer's eyes to be laser-focused!  

"The boss is making something new!"

"What is it this time?!"

"Smoked melon and lettuce wrap?" The customers tilted their heads when they saw what was written. It was something. However,

"Are you sure you want to put that on your menu?" Cedric frowned. He had tried the smoked melon before. It wasn't something tasty. 

"Yes. It's really delicious." Keith grinned, "Who wants to try first?"

"Oh, I want to try first!" Madison raised her hand. This was the first time she had heard of this. Keith grinned, "Understood! I will get started!" Like that, he made his move. The customer didn't say anything and watched the scene. They wanted to see what Keith had cooked up this time. 

From the cooler, Keith had taken out the smoked melon slices. That piqued everyone's curiosity.

"Isn't that a steak?" "Smoked melon?"

"That's smoked melon? But it looks nothing like the smoked melon in the stores?" The smoked melon they had was green on the outside and orange on the inside. However, the one that was taken out had orange skin and a red interior. Also, there was an intriguing scent coming from it. 

The scent only became stronger when Keith placed it on the grill! What they smelled was a scent of strong meat! 

"What's going on?"

"Why does the smoked melon smell like that?"

"It smells like orc." 

Keith wasn't done, so he placed the smoked melon into the lettuce and wrapped it up. 

"Here you are, one smoked melon. Please have a taste." Keith handed the food over to Madison. The woman stared at it before taking a giant bite. The others also stared at her, wanting to figure out what would happen. But she turned back to Keith, "Keith, why does it taste like steak?" 

A giant piece of steak filled her mouth. It wasn't like she was eating a plant but more like meat. Keith grinned, "Trade secret. Also, I will only be serving 30 portions of it. Only one per customer. Please line up."

"Eh?!"

"Only 30?!"

This was a first. Keith never had a limit on them. What was more, there were only 30 portions.

"It takes a long time to prepare the smoked melon. I could only make 30." The smoker could only hold about 30.  

"Kid, do you need an instrument?" Dalen's eyes narrowed. The only way Keith had made this was through a tool. His nose as an inventor was telling him so. 

Keith shook his head, "No, there's no need for it. Also, it would take a long time to marinate." Besides the smoker, the other thing was it needed a lot of time. And I don't think I can either. At home, they were eating left and right.

"Darn it." Dalen could only sigh at this. But as he did, Keith saw the others eating the smoke melon like no tomorrow.

"Are you planning to add sausages to the menu as well?"

"Sausages?' Cedric and Dalen's eyes changed.

"What are those?"

"It's a type of meat this kid had cooked up! It has a crazy aroma like smoked melon! Cadmus and the rest had gotten to try it!" Tennol salivated just from remembering it.

"Nope. Not going to add that?" ­ Keith wasn't planning to do that.

"What?!" "How could you not add it after saying that?"

"Too much work." Keith shook his head as he did not intend to do any of this until he got used to it.
