Chapter 148: Chapter 145: New Classes



[3rd POV]

A few days had passed since the talk with Lois and Clark, and a few things had happened, none of them particularly involving the Inverse Society.

Talia had decided to gain even more familiars for herself, as she planned on making use of them in the dungeon once she was done in Earth TUD 25. And after getting another 25,000 chickens. Why chickens? Well...they were small, fast, and hit hard as fuck thanks to them being her familiars. Through this, she had created armor for each and every one of them, which looked pretty goofy on some chickens, but it did help. And, thanks to this, she had completed a hidden quest, which she was about to claim.

Standing within her dimension, Talia gazed at the notification in front of her.

Talia's eyes went wide as knowledge flooded her brain, knowledge of Pagma and Hephaestus, two true masters of forging, one of which was a God in the area, and the other was practically one. And the knowledge they had given her proved that point, for it was far beyond anything she had from the others.

The knowledge showed her exactly what mistakes she had made, and what she could improve. She knew that with this new knowledge she had, she'd be able to create blades far beyond before, massively so.

And as Talia read the options for her new main class and subclass, her eyes stayed wide as she read through them, before eventually she decided on her classes.

[Mage (Fairy Tail) - A class hailing from the Fairy Tail universe. Every level increases the users magical power in every single way. Every level increases the power of each of the elements the user control through magic. Every 10 levels grants the user a new form of magic from the Fairy Tail universe. Does not include Dragon Slayer magic, as that is a separate class. Every level increases the users durability as well. The user gets 1 magic off the bat]

[Mysterious Being automatically evolved due to Concept of Monsters]

[Monster God - The evolution of the Mysterious Being species from OPM. Massively increases the users physical attributes every level. Increases the users Concept of Monsters. The user is granted the powers and abilities of one Mysterious being every 10 levels. May evolve further in the future. The user gets 1 mysterious beings powers off the bat]

[Magic 1 (Fairy Tail) - Crush: It is a very advanced Magic which gives the user the ability to smash everything they come into contact with.Crush has various offensive and defensive properties. Using its inherent nature of being able to crush anything it comes into contact with, the user is able to nullify the effects of certain Magics by smashing them to pieces, occasionally exemplified by the crushed substance, be it Magic or living being, becoming separated into numerous cubes. However it is also possible the living target splits apart and becomes reduced to numerous, doll-like versions of themselves. This effect is not permanent, and the affected will, with time, return to their original shape. However, should the user wish, they can reassemble the divided person with a simple motion. By imbuing their fist with Crush, the user is able to send an enemy flying numerous meters with incredible force. It is also capable of being fired as a burst of energy at the opponent. This magic can also be imbued through items and tools the user possesses such as a prosthetic arm. This Magic can also be utilized effectively as a defensive means. For example, by crushing the ground underneath them, the user is able to create a cushion of sorts against enemy attack. It is also possible for Crush to be used as a deflective barrier, sending an assailant flying backwards when they come into contact with it. Used by Gildarts Clive]

[Magic 2 (Fairy Tail) - Ankhseram Black Magic: It is a Black Art that allows its user to produce a black miasma that kills anything it touches. This does not affect certain beings of a high level of power, and certain objects. Unlike Zeref, the user has complete and utter control over this magic. Also grants the user another form of immortality. Due to the combination of various other species and abilities, this magic is far stronger than before. Used by Zeref Dragneel]

[Magic 3 (Fairy Tail) - Enchant Magic: The process of Enchantment amounts to the user to adding their own Magic onto living or inanimate objects, thereby increasing their natural attributes; i.e. enchanting wood to make it stronger than steel, or enchanting swords into human beings with immense power. For the users of this magic, it is possible to attach their Magic in a manner that allows them to change and alter climates, manipulate the atmosphere, completely change geography, modify an organism's physique, and even vastly enhancing the power of individuals past their normal limits. Users also have the ability to extract Magic from human beings. Used by Irene Belserion]

[Magic 4 (Fairy Tail) - Command T: It is a Magic that allows the user to alter mass, be it expansion or reduction; the user can direct the effects of their Magic towards virtually whatever they desire, allowing them to affect, for example, landmass in such a way that it becomes the size of a mountain, or the size of a small boulder. Humans (and other living species and the user) are also susceptible to this particular form of Magic, and can either be expanded to titanic proportions or be shrunk to minuscule sizes. Physical, life-threatening injuries are also able to be tended to, and they can be reduced in size until they are a non- factor. Even other types of Magic can be reduced and compressed, and then fired back at the original caster as a magnified weapon.Limits, however, do exist to Command T: 1). a "max limit" for the increased mass to a certain size, as well as a three-minute time limit for the duration to be maxed out. [Monster 1 (OPM) - Geryuganshoop]

'... Well damn' Talia thought as she read through the magics she had gotten. Command T and Enchant Magic were easily the best of the bunch. As Command T when combined with Enchant Magic, could potentially allow her to increase the size of an object permanently. Combine that with something like Vibranium, Adamantium, or literally any other super rare material, and you've got an absolutely incredible piece of magic at your disposal.

It was the key to infinite resources, both for forging, and just for life as a whole. A powerful piece, and one Talia would do everything to learn and master. Afterall, who wouldn't want infinite vibranium? Or infinite Nth Metal? Or Infinite of any material really.

Seeing as the assimilation of her new power was over with, Talia decided to get back home.

"So, Lois, what exactly did you need?" Talia asked. She had been called up by Lois after she got back, with the woman asking her and Kara to meet at the Gazette.

"Do you know anything about the X-Kryptonite drugs that are going around?" Lois asked, causing Talia to raise an eyebrow before nodding.

"Mmhmm. They're being sold all over the place. But if your talking about within Smallville, then yeah I know who's doing it" Talia replied, which Lois breathed a sigh of relief at.

"Can you tell me who?" Lois asked.

"I'm assuming this is about your son? If so, I'd go easy on him a bit" Talia said. Lois frowned at what she said before replying.

"He was using drugs, Talia, drugs! I won't be going easy on him for that" Lois replied with a

shake of her head.

"Okay then, maybe go a bit easy on the one he got it from, okay? She didn't have much of a choice, her dads got a heart condition" Talia replied, before writing some names down on a

paper.

"These are all the people involved, the sellers, distributors, all of them. The kryptonite was smuggled out in the first place by Phillip Karnowsky of-" "Intergang...of course. Thank you Talia, really. And...I'll try and listen to what you said. If it is who I think it is, I can see why my son would be protecting her" Lois said with a sigh, before walking off briskly, preparing to make some calls, and talk to a in trouble son.

"What drug was he using?" Kara asked, as she finished up the last bit of paperwork that Lois

needed her help with.

"X-Kryptonite, but it's a version you can inhale. Because of that, it's basically super steroids and gives the one who inhales it superpowers on the level of a genuine Kryptonian. Not too dangerous to us, but definitely a problem in the hands of a bunch of teens and criminals"

Talia replied.

"Is that a thing back on my Earth?" Kara asked, somewhat worried about the idea of having to deal with a bunch of super steroid humans.

"...Probably? I'm not entirely sure to be honest. Once we get back to your Earth I'll check. I was planning on taking all the X-Kryptonite of this Earth anyways, so if there's more there I'll be taking that too" Talia responded after a few moments, not entirely sure about whether or not

there was any in Earth 38.

"Well that will be fun to deal with, if that is a thing on my Earth" Kara said with a small groan, not liking the idea of actually having to deal with that.

Talia chuckled at her girlfriends groan, before looking at the time, and speaking.

"Ready to go? It's nearly dinner time"

Kara's eyes lit up at the mention of dinner, as she shot out of her seat "Yep! Dinner time it is!"

Kara said, excited for Talia's delicious food, while Talia just chuckled and followed after her girlfriend as she raced out of the room, all the while she had one thought on her mind.
