The [Barracks] is able to accommodate up to 50 people, giving a bonus to Attack, Defense and HP, for all considered Faction Soldiers.

But of course, when becoming a Soldier, one will receive the [Class], where it will give them some Buff, in the specific case of Soldier, it is +10% HP and Stamina!

But above that we have [Captain], [Commander] and [General].

Unfortunately I can't promote people discriminately, they need to accumulate [Contribution Points], so I can promote them if they meet the requirement and have my permission.

But I can set up the [Vice Leader] of the Faction, who will have similar authority as me, only below me still.

There are also the [Faction Officers], they are Professions, but they don't give any bonuses, but by having such a position, the price of [Contribution Points] to promote your Military Position decreases significantly.
