When this transport ship was teleported away, the Combat Wizards would teleport away too. By then, the passengers on the emergency airship would return to the magic ship and head for the port of Baldur’s Gate.

It was estimated that in about two hours, Noland would have to bring Denise back to the magic ship.

If he wanted to avoid the Metal Ancestor Dragon on the magic ship, he had to settle the teleportation matter within these two hours.
